Save yourself $1200, my hitch assembly has openings on both sides like this system hitch. I welded pipes on each end ($20.00) with a bolt at each end. Then bought long eye bolts ($7.00) 1000lb capacity, screwed them in and now have the same system. Took me 1.5 hours and around $40.00 total. Much better that all of that, I wish I could post a picture.
The 1/4" thick plate, the one that is shaped similar to the end of the bracket where it bolts on, these plates that came in my kit were 1/4" bigger in both directions than the end of the bracket where in connects. I had to grind 1/8" off all four edges of the two spacer plates to get my bracket to fit into the cross tube of my hitch. Basically, I had to grind flush the spacer to the end of the bracket where it connects.

He’s just saying that to sell. The Brophy clamp on tie-downs were the ones he showed. He didn’t show the stake pocket Brophy.

I share your concern about stake pocket tie downs. Is there any evidence that these are not safe? Or, are you just trying to sell a "better" product?
The frame mounted tie downs are going to have a more secure and stronger hold. The stake pocket tie downs do not have much to hold onto when securing a truck bed camper.
