  • In this video I break down how I use my Paasche H single-action airbrush. In particular, I go over spatter techniques, which are great for skin break-up. I also go over how to create them without an airbrush.
    I'm using a Paasche H
    www.paascheairbrush.com/produ...
However, there are many other single action airbrushes available. Companies like Badger, Iwata, and Paasche, all make great airbrushes.
The pigments I'm using are FW Inks by Daler Rowney
    www.daler-rowney.com/fw-acryl... thinned with 99% alcohol.
The chip brushes are from Harbor Freight.
(side note: I hope you all enjoy my Wisconsin accent)

I use a Paashe H, I clean it with cheap carbonator cleaner, spray lacquer thinner.
This is a normal cleaning. I fully disassemble for a deep clean.
I usually spend no more than 3 minutes to clean it up for the next color.
    Hope this helps.

The way it moves the paint out of the cup is called the venture effect. The air leaving the top part sucks the paint up because of pressure going forward fast enough drags the paint to. That's why more paint comes as you adjust the nozzle away from needle plugging it. Just found that out on a different video about external feed airbrushes. I got the plastic red one passche makes to avoid buying a expensive one like that. I know it's cheap compared to dual action.I've been using those for years but you can't spray automotive top coat out of those and I heard this thing has huge needle that doesn't get dry tip or clogs very often.

There'a a packing nut in the needle cone that has a pfte washer, and another rubber washer in the trigger assembly, you should remove both before cleaning and they do need periodic changing as well. The trigger assembly comes apart easy enough but watch that spring under the lock nut where the hose connects, it'll fly away if your not careful. After you remove that theres 1 more ut deeper inside air hose connector tube that locks the trigger head (You hold it with a small screwdriver while twisting the trigger head till comes off). Theres videos to aid you and Dixie art or Paasche carry the whole line of replacement pieces for pretty cheap.

I've read that using alcohol in an ultrasonic cleaner can and has caused explosions. I remember someone posted a picture once when it had recently happened to them. I do also remember a lot of people saying you should put the alcohol in a ziploc bag along with the parts you're trying to clean and then place that bag in the ultrasonic cleaner which should have water in it. I assume this is to stop the alcohol fumes from escaping which should be what causes the explosion. Just throwing it out there.

Gravity feed is paint on top-
Siphon feed is paint on bottom,, the air blows over the cup of paint.

Just FYI, u'r missing 2 peaces from u'r needle. Theres a lil brass ring then a gasket that slides onto the needle before it goes back together

Hello, do you use a rapid attack or is direct connected to the compressor ? If yes, do you have a code? Thanks

You need to say how much pressure Instead of just lower or higher
