السلام عليكم I have lumina 2006. Smoke coming from exhaust and engine oil cap when open. What’s the problem and solution pls. Continuously smoke coming. If you’re located in dammam I’ll try to visit you. Thank you
عليكم السلام و الرحمة It seems it has a piston rings worn-out or just stuck piston ring.. 1st you need to remove all spark plugs and do compression test should be around 140 to 170 psi.. If its below that that its a piston rings.. You can spray ACdelcon carbon cleaner through spark plugs with good amount and leave it and turn the crank by hands so the cleaner can go through piston rings and pray that would release the rings . Otherwise its need new piston rings and I don't recommend coz the used engines are cheap 1500 to 2500 with installation How many kilometers? Are you using cheap engine oil?

I ordered penzzoil SAE 5w-30 fully synthetic from amazon along with liqui moly fuel injector and engine flush plus and save motor oil. Planning to do the engine flush before oil change. I thought this gonna fix the issue but worn piston rings means waste of money to do repair. Better buy the used engine like you said. Can you pls suggest any shops to buy engine in dammam. Finding good knowledge mechanic like you very difficult around here. Thank you
@@the_dude_4630 If this happened after you changed the oil .. that means the previous owner used 20w50 and STOP oil .. to sell the car and its important to change the engine oil before buying any car in future .. live and learn ppl got no honesty.. I want you now to add 2 bottles of STOP OIL 15sr each to the current oil 5w30 .. It will increase the oil viscosity and it will reduce the blow by you have right now and use the car to last breath .. try as I told you to clean your piston rings by spraying .. I wash this engine with 18 bottles of ACDELCO CLEANER .. and it was fine You can add one bottle of ACDELCO CLEANER with current oil might release the piston rings also put the liqui moly engine flush and leave it for 2000km DO NOT rise the RPM .. drive it smoothly and I hope it fixes the issue and keep your eye and ear to the engine Its a survival engine
