      In this particular cake I didn’t. I usually don’t use dowels in single tier cakes. I only used it if it’s more than 8” in height with buttercream finish. Otherwise I don’t.

      The big ones were custom made so I really do not know. The small ones are PME fun fonts they do come as bigger sizes too.

      Yes of course love. In this video I am using Tesco fondant but I do use renshaw and Massa Ticino (specially for wedding cakes). I mixed two shades of faye cahil lustre, Regency gold which is yellowy gold and signature gold which is darker gold. So I mix both to get a perfect shade of gold.

      Salam dear sister, I have bought my baking items from Tesco and tins and this will be my very first time to bake a cake. I want to bake this for my daughter but I have absolutely no clue about how much of batter I will need for a four layers of cake for 6inch cake tin. Please could you let me know? And how many eggs?

      @@SkeletonkeysJan1 if you want a tall cake you will make 4 egg recipe. The recipe which makes a regular 8” cake but you will bake in 6” tins. Usually 8” cake recipe (4 eggs) makes 5 layers of cake. I freeze the extra layer to make cake pops or cake hearts. Hope this helps x

      I bought it from eBay. It doesn’t have a particular name. Just search frame silicone mould or scroll mould and I am sure you will find the same or similar products.

    When we take out fondant from mold, should we give the fondant some rest? Or paste it on cake immediately?

      I don’t use whipped cream. I have used vanilla buttercream for in between the layers and white chocolate ganache for the outside. I have shared the link fir both recipes in the description box.
