Ham N Cheese Quesadillas on the Blackstone
This is as easy as it gets.
I used olive oil
Deli thin sliced ham
American cheese
Flour tortilla shells
I grilled them on medium until they were heated through and still soft. You can go longer and get a crunchy quesadilla if you want.
