I had this version and played it for hours. My only complaints with it, looking back at the game in 2020, were how hard it was fighting Green Goblin via hand-to-hand combat. That, and the later stealth levels with the OSCORP security guard robots.

Then you can just stay in one lane, use web dome whenever the blasts come and keep moving forward and the level will go by a lot faster and you won’t lose any of your health during the level too.

My memory of this game is so segmented. I remember I could never beat the Green Goblin boss fight as a kid and don't remember getting past it, yet I have scattered memories of playing in the level with Crane the Hunter. Assuming my dad got past the Green Goblin part for me but then I couldent beat the Crane the hunter stage either and just gave up lol
My god. I played this so much. Then the next Spider-Man game I played was the one on the PS4. I cried lol. Same thing with Mario Kart. First one I played was on the SNES. Next one was Mario Kart 8. And I cried while playing Mario Circuit 3. That Spider-Man game makes me nostalgic as hell. :')

The ending of the game is like a way more positive alternate ending from the movie. MJ already knows (....somehow), Peter doesn't even get time to fret over it and Norman actually says to tell Harry he's sorry instead of explicitly saying DON'T tell Harry.

I disarmed one of those gas bombs so unbelievably close to it detonating. The timer literally hit 0:00 as I pressed x to disarm it and the timer went back up to 0:01 😆
