Good morning Grammy, Dixie aunt Cindy I have a recipe I want to share with you. I hope you make it in. Enjoy it. Please do let me know. Would like to know if you received my card and week ago about the quilt that I wanted I’d like to have it over it bigger than a twin size Star pattern bright colors. The recipe creamy chicken taco soup. Eight chicken thighs you make all this in the crockpot 3 1/2 cups of chicken stock one onion, chopped three cloves of garlic finally add chicken two crockpot onions, garlic cook to check it is tender and done, one package of taco seasoning mild one can of black means rest. One can of pinto beans, rinsed one package of frozen corn seven Yukon gold potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. One can of enchilada sauce mild one teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, I have a teaspoon of cumin chicken is done removing crockpot takeoff bone add your vegetables and let them cook their tender and then re-had your chicken and add one package of Philadelphia cream cheese cut squares let melt stir again. It is absolutely delicious. I hope you enjoy and enjoy it. I think for us for really like this. I serve this with a green salad, homemade sweet potato biscuits, guacamole, tortilla chips, Monterey jack, shredded cheese, sour cream, and for dessert, peach cobbler, vanilla bean ice cream please let me know how you like this.
