    I've always been a skinny kid but I have been following your videos and your account for around 3 months now and I have never been happy! It was very emotional for me when I finally heard feedback from my peers regarding my body looking defined after a life time of being called skinny and being told to eat.

    Legs are on fire. With the step ups, I just tapped the floor without resting and come up really slow, and down really slow. WOW, I will be crawling this evening up and down my staircase :) Great posting!

      Excellent!! It makes all the difference! Even bodyweight step ups you could step up and down for a long time but if you slow it way down and don’t use arms, it’s a lot more challenging! Super training! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼⭐️

    Thank you for a variety of workouts, especially the 15 to 20 minutes workouts. So short, but very efficient. I have non reasons to not get in a workout on busy days.

    This is still one of my all-time favorites, even a year later. Just brilliant!🤩😍 I absolutely love all the repeat step ups. Lots of focus to not use momentum. Very enjoyable from start to finish! And the finisher is killer! I'd love to see the step ups return in a future workout! Thanks Caroline!😁

    I did this one the other day and was amazed how far my legs have come. A step up like this would have been difficult before, but now that I have gone through EPIC 1, my strength and balance have increased, making step-ups a new favorite of mine! ❤️

    Very nice leg workout. These exercises are good for balance and strength. I like the way you do squats with dumbbell weights held in front to avoid strain on the back from the traditional method of a straight bar on the upper back. The training works. Your legs are shaped very firm and perfectly developed.

    I've been feeling my glutes sore for three days straight, now. The same goes for my abs (I did your lower abs 10-minute work out after this one). And I'm relatively fit!

    Just did this one today. It was my first time encoporating a chair and a yoga block into a leg workout. It was such a nice addition and provided an extra challenge! I used 15lb weights this time, but next time I'm hoping to increase to 20lbs. Thanks again!

    Hi Caroline...this morning...I went for my 10 k run but I hadn’t looked to see what you had uploaded...I just decided to do whatever you had posted when I got back! So it was “interesting” to find a pretty intense leg workout waiting for me!! Actually it was all good...but the visit step ups were getting a bit tiring by the end after my run!!     Hello Caroline 👋 what a great addition the block is (well I used the fireplace hearth) really allows you to go deep on the lunges. Love the chair and my balance is really improved and off the toe is a great tip to concentrate the upward movement. Really enjoy legs and to think I used to avoid them. Those Bulgarians really are a killer. Well thats another one done Caroline used 12.5 kg just to keep up with ya😊. Planning some chest tonight will that fit in with tomorrows plan 😉 Great stuff on this leg workout and you're right when I was finished there was more than a little perspiration 👊👊👊 See ya tomorrow.🤩🤩🤩

    Yay was happy to see leg day because I was sad to skip my mountain bike ride today due to wildfires. Did this one with kettlebells because my dumbbells are lighter and exercise is a kind of solace sometimes :)

    This was very powerfull used both 5kg weights for every excercise 'causa I'm waiting for Amazon to deliver the heavier ones I've bought 🏋️‍♀️🖐😘

      These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger!
