Legs are on fire. With the step ups, I just tapped the floor without resting and come up really slow, and down really slow. WOW, I will be crawling this evening up and down my staircase :) Great posting!
Excellent!! It makes all the difference! Even bodyweight step ups you could step up and down for a long time but if you slow it way down and don’t use arms, it’s a lot more challenging! Super training! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼⭐️

I did this one the other day and was amazed how far my legs have come. A step up like this would have been difficult before, but now that I have gone through EPIC 1, my strength and balance have increased, making step-ups a new favorite of mine! ❤️
Very nice leg workout. These exercises are good for balance and strength. I like the way you do squats with dumbbell weights held in front to avoid strain on the back from the traditional method of a straight bar on the upper back. The training works. Your legs are shaped very firm and perfectly developed.
Absolutely brilliant workout. Starting these exercises in August 2021 and I am just delighted that I have a whole catalogue of videos to get through to keep my body in good health. Thank you Caroline.

Just did this one today. It was my first time encoporating a chair and a yoga block into a leg workout. It was such a nice addition and provided an extra challenge! I used 15lb weights this time, but next time I'm hoping to increase to 20lbs. Thanks again!

So it was “interesting” to find a pretty intense leg workout waiting for me!! Actually it was all good...but the visit step ups were getting a bit tiring by the end after my run!! Hello Caroline 👋 what a great addition the block is (well I used the fireplace hearth) really allows you to go deep on the lunges. Love the chair and my balance is really improved and off the toe is a great tip to concentrate the upward movement. Really enjoy legs and to think I used to avoid them. Those Bulgarians really are a killer. Well thats another one done Caroline used 12.5 kg just to keep up with ya😊. Planning some chest tonight will that fit in with tomorrows plan 😉 Great stuff on this leg workout and you're right when I was finished there was more than a little perspiration 👊👊👊 See ya tomorrow.🤩🤩🤩

Great short intense workout. I used 2x 12.5kgs dumbells and combined it with the Lean Glute and Hamstrings workout.

These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger!
