Pau calls this her chipmunk voice. This is one of their earliest recordings. Ale is eight years old. Enter Sandman, a year later, launched their career. Their dad owned a recording studio and when he closed it he built one in the basement of their home. Their dad originally did their recordings under his name. But later he changed it to The Warning’s channel.
I will definitely check out Enter Sandman in 2024

@@iNsTaNtpUdDiNhEaD You are correct. This was done early in 2014 when Ale had turned 9. I had thought it was in 2013 when she was still eight.

the ale's bass look very big but it was a 3/4 scale bass and pau always played on a adult drum kit. the video was recorded in 2013 because Dany received as a birtday gift a les paul guitar

Yes, originally their dad uploaded these early videos to his channel for the benefit of friends and family. He has some background in sound engineering and sold his prized Harley-Davison to help pay for building out this basement studio (which originally was to be his man cave) known as The Warning Cave. 😎👍

For those who have currently been surprised to see she singing and playing her instrument at the same time, they will undoubtedly be surprised again to witness that she already did it from such an early age, but then they will understand the reason for her skill and her total control over it.

Your next reaction should be Dust to Dust or 23 from Teatro Metropolitan to comprehend the evolution of Pau's voice hitherto.
This is from Jan 2014 before they went viral with Enter Sandman. So Ale had already turned 9 with Dany & Pau still 13 & 11 respectively.
We must note that Pau is singing while playing drum patterns written by a non singing drummer. Normally singing drummers write their drum parts smartly by keeping a relatively simple rhythm during verses with complex fills executed at transitions & breakdowns. So by the time Pau was 8 she had learnt to multitask completely. Another example of Pau singing while drumming to a non singing drummer is their cover of Atlas Rise by Metallica where she shared lead vocals with Dany.
Ale's short scale Mustang bass was still bigger than her. By comparing her with the bass (& her sisters) we can guess the date of a performance.
Those are on the list. I just wanted to bounce back a bit before going forward again. I might be going back and forth to get a fuller experience. Yeah the singing makes sense. Looking back, I guess I haven't really seen her sing lead yet, so I will definitely be sure to check out one of those next.

hahaha in the breakdown after the solo, kinda like now... Dany's a little messy and grungy but super rock and roll, and Ale is super articulate and jazz fusion like in her playing LoL. Some things never change...

Ale's bass in this is in Competition Red paint scheme. It's a special paint scheme offered by Fender that includes the racing stripes.

6 or 7 years ago they did a TEDx show and after a few songs Pau, who was 14 at the time, shouted to the audience that they have been warned. That's where it comes from.

The ages at any given time are easy. Dany was born in early 2000, so whatever the year of the performance is, is her age ( e.g. 23 in ‘23). Subtract 2 years for Pau and 5 years for Ale.

That’s is not just their home , that is the basement it’s called the cave and it’s a full on soundproof studio , the dad is a sound engineer.

They have really come a long way. During the pandemic they were in this same room and Dany (Guitar) wanted to compare microphone height with Ale (Bass) and "little" Ale's microphone hit Dany in the forehead. That little girl on Bass is now the tallest and recently had a birthday and is now 19.

IIRC she started on a 1/2-size 4-string which was a bit large for her back then... then she upgraded to the 3/4-size 4-string when a little older... as she grew she was more able to handle the instrument better and deal with its weight... then, of course, she grew to be able to use a full size bass... her current custom Specter 5-string basses are still a touch heavy even after being lightened some for her but she can handle them much better now... they also have a 35inch neck on them... for myself, i wonder if she has looked at and/or tried a multi-scale bass (fanned frets)... i haven't seen her with one in any videos but i tend to think she could get even more sound and range from them...

Resistance by Muse
I would say my favorite cover from them is Hysteria by Muse. They did this at a concert they performed at their school. The lead singer of Muse gifted Dany a guitar.
@@AceofBadeReacts Their Resistance by Muse in end 2014 was nearly perfect. So much so that in 2015 Coldplay shared it on their tweeter feed and tagged Muse. Probably Muse kept tabs on them since then with Dany getting her 1st Manson guitar in 2018 & Ale getting a direct thumbs up from her idols for a short cover of Hysteria in 2020.

⚠️ "THE WARNING" ⚠️
They are three sisters from Monterrey Mexico 🇲🇽, The band started in 2012. They became The Warning in 2013. Today the three of them are:
- Dany ( Daniela ) - Guitarist - 23 years old,
- Pau ( Paulina ) - Drummer - 21 years old,
- Ale ( Alejandra ) - Bassist - 19 years old.
In 2022 they did over a hundred gigs in North and South America opening for Foo Fighters, Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, Trhree Days Grace, and Guns and Roses, and playing at the MTV VMA's.
In 2024 they will play at:
- Shiprock
- Tecate P'al Norte Festival in Monterrey Mexico
- Vive Latino Festival in Mexico City
- Europe Tour
- Mad Cool Festival in Madrid Spain
- Wacken Open Air Festival on Germany
They are classically trained pianists; Dany and Ale have played SAX in the past. All three sing lead and background vocals; Dany is the principal Singer. They were inspired by "Rock Band" the video game, and two of their songs are available on "Rock Band IV" the video game, they were on The Ellen Show in 2015.
They are fully bilingual ass they attended a bilingual catholic school in Monterrey MX. Later, all graduated high school through homeschooling. They attended Berklee College of Music Summer Program in Boston in 2015.
They Started as a cover band; The Enter Sandman cover launched their career. They have now 49 original songs in an EP, three albums, two singles, and two unreleased performed songs, no bad songs. Their newest release single, called "MORE" came out in May 12th. Two new unreleased songs debuted at their Guadalajara concert. One is called "SICK" and the other is "HELL YOU CALL A DREAM". They have a rich collection of Music Videos and Lyric Videos on their Channel. There are also blogs and individual performances.

Yes, they are completely adorable. :) They are also ridiculously talented, and amazingly humble.
Dany is the oldest, Pau is two years younger than her, and is the shortest of the three, Ale is the youngest, being almost three years younger than Pau, and almost five years younger than Dany, and is now the tallest of them. Ale's birthday is in December, she just turned 19. Dany's birthday is in January, and Pau's in in February, so they will be turning 24 and 22 respectively.

Watch the sandman performance just 1 year later the difference is frightening and they are good in this one . . . So yes it’s a warning it’s going to knock your soaks off.

@@AceofBadeReactsOr Atlas Rise from the basement just three years later. There is a later version of Atlas Rise in concert that fans usually recommend, but they a few years older then. The basement version is good if you just want to observe their progression over three years.
