The without a snag part is also due to the wonderful power of editing. I did have a few bolts stuck on. That took a long time to break free. Thanks for watching Jim.
@@HomesteadingwiththeHeberts ha ha! So there were a few challenges? Lol. Any knuckle bleeders? I hate those. Not sure if you've noticed that we are getting new videos out. Please check them out if you can. Thank you. I hope all are well
Great video Donnie. What I always done to keep the strut rod from spinning is to just take vise grips and clamp the rod to hod until you get the nut off. I had a professional strut tool break with me one time and the spring flew off. That was scary. Have a Blessed Day Friend! Justin
Thanks for that. I've heard you need to get an alignment done after replacing the struts on these. Is that right? The shocks on my 06 sentra are really shot and I could use doing this, but having just got an expensive alignment done, I'm hesitant. Any thoughts?
If you just got the alignment done a lot of places will recheck it for you for free. Just ask if they will. But yes I would have the alignment rechecked.
Thanks so much. Used this and just changed out the full assembly on my driver's side.
Nice job. I am glad I was able to help.
Well done.glad to see it wenoon without a snag or two. You are a natural at these repairs. Take care

Justin I'm sure that was scary. I couldn't find my vise grips that day that's why I did it this other way
Thanks for that.
