I love learning about these beautiful things are and their meanings and uses. I am an enrolled member of a tribe but I was never raised with any traditions of any kinds. So I love learning about these beautiful traditional ways and tools. 🙏🙏🙏❤️‍🩹🥰😊

Kiaora koe Matua! Greetings from New Zealand, Aotearoa. Absolutely intrigued by your work and private display. We use both contemporary and traditional material for our costumes for two reasons. One is the availability and easy access to materials, however traditional materials are more prized and the finished product is more expensive to purchase. It's really the availability of products, such as feathers which are hard to come by, however we are not immune to using chicken or other bird feathers to work with. I'm fascinated by your bead work and patterns which are almost identical to our taniko borders, and the use of animal and human figures. Really intriguing, thank you brother, with appreciation and respect. Arohanui.

What a beautiful wonderful family you have been raised with. 🥰. I would of enjoyed a family life as such to learn from. I was taken away from most all of my families at 5yrs old. Still don’t know them. You are a very blessed soul dear brother. 🙏🙏🙏❤️‍🩹🥰😊

It is so calming for the mind also to make these beautiful Regalia.. I mean, I can understand to a degree because I have recently began to learn making beadworks and also learning how to sew clothes.. Very therapeutic.. Calms me right down..
