I'm going to use a regular cake pan with a cake mold inside of it so that I don't have the hole in the center. This way, I can make small cakes and large ones! I'm making 6" cakes for christmas presents! Can't wait to see how this turns out! Wish I could send you pics.... You and your daughter make a lovely pair of pastry chefs! Merry Christmas!!
Its great to see a father spending time with the kid, and engaging, teaching, mentoring and letting her participate. These teach competence, and confidence and a useful skill. Great to see. The cake looks fantastic, moms going to try one soon, we are in Canada so this is the first we have heard of this type of cake
