Salad from melted cheese.
(20-25 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
- chicken eggs 4 pcs.;
- melted cheese 4 pcs*90 g;
- mayonnaise 200 g;
- garlic 3 g.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
- boil eggs and cool;
- peel the eggs from the shell;
- put the grated eggs in a deep dish;
- add grated melted cheese;
- add garlic;
- mix all the ingredients;
- add mayonnaise;
- re-mix all ingredients;
- transfer the salad in portions.
Cooking time is 5-7 minutes.
