📌The ingredients (26x10cm)
2 eggs
100g sugar (0.5 cup)
Pinch of salt
80g melted butter (1/3 cup)
125g of natural yogurt (0.5 cup)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
180g flour (1.5 cups)
0.5 tablespoon of baking powder 8g
-------------------------------------------------- -
3 tablespoons of candied fruit.
Cook for 30-35 minutes at 175C

Lemon juice is more for flavor. so you can not use it. on the other hand, vinegar is very good, it allows the dough to aerate and therefore a softer cake.
