When you hear the Baltimore accent, you hear a little bit of DC in it. When you get to DC, you hear a slight remnant of Newark, NJ mixed in. Then by the time you get to Virginia Beach, its watered down DC accent with a Carolinas influence. There is definitely a Mid-Atlantic general accent and I kinda love it. #DCorNothing
