I was looking to replace a couple of well worn Filson Pioneer tees and ordered the Lady Whites. The Made-in-USA Pioneer tee is also very well constructed of 6 oz. cotton, but the price has shot up and no longer a good value, imho. Thanks for a well thought out review.
Thanks for the in depth review! Did the shirt fit change after the cold wash? How transparent is the fabric? I'm thinking of getting the pocket tee but gotta seriously consider if $80+ is worth it
Absolutely! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! 😁 In terms of the fit, after the cold wash it basically felt exactly the same. But I decided to reshape it as the packaging said I could when it was slightly damp and stretched it out a bit to make it a bit roomier. In terms of transparency, it’s really not transparent at all. Even when I put my skin up to it you barely see anything. Hope this helps! Maybe before you get the pocket tee you can check their stockists on their website to see if anyone around your area carries them for you to physically see? 👀 I hope this helps! And feel free to ask anything you’d like if you need help 😁
hey! how tall are you and how much do you weigh and what size did you get? i’m unable to do measurements right now and just want sort of a general ballpark area of what size to get. also, do you put these shirts in the dryer?
55 a tee is reasonable for “high quality” but white tees rarely ever last a long time. They yellow and get stained way too easily. You’re at most going to get 4 years with that tee.
Amazed to that in 2023 someone cant look at packaging like the year was in fact 2023... overpackaging kills the planet and should not be part of the cost. There is no cotton grown within 10 miles of LA., also you got the regular 2 fit, if you want a more structured fit rugby is the way to go, there are plenty of different fit. You should mention that you got those for free.
110 divided by 2 equals 55$ t shirt
Correct my friend!

Not sure about the "they use cotton close by". The web site indicates that it comes from North Carolina. Thanks for a great review.

Hey man. Just wondering if you ended up getting the tshirts? I also want to know how they fit after a wash and how transparent it is in your opinion?

4 years still ain't a bad run IMO!
