I tool mine apart sanding (rounded ) the inside of the scales and "worked" the action. For the money it's hard to beat as a garage utility blade. BTW, It's a pleasure to hear a review with knowledge and proper talking without tons of "ums", "Ahs", And "likes". Good job
i took the clip off of mine ,and carry it in my 5th pocket ,clipless. because of its high profile its unlikely to slip out of your pocket and without the clip you can carry it tip up
What color option is that? I ordered one in FDE but it arrived looking more like ODG, regardless it looks the same color as yours, just wondering if I should send it back or if that’s just what they call “flat dark earth”
If osme one INSISTED on using a folding knife to open and break-down boxes THIS looks like a good choice. It's affordable11 And from a some what respectable company. What's always made me LOL is hearing "folding knife enthusiasts" use $100-1300 knives to open boxes....HEHE...when there are tons of cheap 'throw away knives" that can do the job just as well or maybe better e.g. carpet knife...if they can go through all kinds of carpet then... Also a great knife to work on your whetstone sharping skills on...if so inclined...
A great overall design for that knife we actually r using. I have only one complaint about this knife: why tip-down carry?Check on the discontinued Sanrenmu T02, not because of its can opener or surprisingly good ergonomic design but the tip-up carrying option.
A winge about the tri-ad lock being sticky? You have to be kidding me. The lock is there to protect your fingers under extreme stresses. Yes, annoying if you are cutting thread to mend your silk panties but these are hard use folders! Good grief this is a terrible moan about nothing!
Very good review, I like the comparisons and thoughts.
The triad lock does loosen up eventually and becomes more comfortable to use, you just have to give it a few years!!!

Nice review. Is there another knife with a straight cutting edge like this that you can recommend?
Have you seen the Spyderco Endura Wharncliffe? They're pretty nice with a quality steel. They also make a smaller version of it too....a Delica.
Great review. How about the tuff lite vs large pilar?

I heard it called “steel” colour
I personally want a back lock that requires extra pressure to disengage....... Beats having the blade unlock during use.
the lock gets better over time, also - round the hard edges
Great review, thanks. Will also look into Mini Sheepdog. 👍🔪
I didn’t even realise it was tip down carry until you mentioned it. Oh well, guess I can tolerate the primitive way of carrying it

Incredible, original and affordable knife. The clip is bad, I confirm.
Am sorry but that is a fake one because logo is posesion wrong and the price is 50$ and not 30$.If it's 30 than it's from amazon and it's fake
DLT have it in $33 usd
why would anyone bother to clone a 30 diollar knife? .......lol

I am often under extreme stress to mend my silk panties
FFS calm down mate🤣
You made me chuckle at “mend silk panties”. I appreciate that man
