another thing don't put your stereo on top of dash, it will jack your dash up...put some towels or something to protect your dash...i have chips on mine now, it's very frustrating. .

YES ... my stock stereo w/ asingle CD player screen display is scrambled upon getting hot .. I went and got a BOSE ( Nissan unit) with a 6 Disc CD inside ., fit perfectly BuT the wiring harness is incomplete by 2 large plug ins .. had to reinstall the old stereo and return the Bose stereo .. not a happy camper !!!!

If your wheel already had the controls you will be fine. If not you have to order it. Some altimas didnt have it unless you got full options
