I’ve got the same box as you and I organize mine by category: squash, greens, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, zinnias, sunflowers, snap dragons, misc. flowers, misc. vegetables/fruit
@@allthingsmaloney5634 I love that! I just struggle to organize it all with one box. So definitely hoping the next box will help keep better track of things. It would help if I would quit buying so many seeds but I don’t see that changing anytime soon 😂
You can get Lunchbox peppers from Heirloom Reviews. The Strawflower doesn't need to be stratified. I grew some last Spring and Summer. It does take awhile to germinate though. Also, artichokes are absolutely delicious! I think you'll love them. The leaves are thick and meaty and creamy-tasting . Steam them and then dip the leaves in melted butter with lemon and some garlic salt (you just pull the meat off with your teeth, you don't eat the whole leaf). The heart is really good too!
@@IAMGiftbearer thank you so much for the information!! I haven’t went to far into different varieties of flowers so I couldn’t remember what they required! I think I’m going to enjoy them as well. Fingers crossed they grow well for me 🤞🤞 I will do exactly what you mentioned because it already sounds fantastic!!
Gold rush yellow zucchini is the only type of squash I can grow successfully in my area. I’ve tried traditional green zucchini for years!! lol. So finicky!
@@allthingsmaloney5634 sometimes it does great other times I lose it to disease before I get anything 😂 I’m excited to try the yellow though! In my opinion it tastes a lot better anyway!
hi 🤗 great video. ive always organized my seeds in alphabetical order, but for 2025, im going to experiment with reorganizing them by planting month for my zone. here in zone 10b/11a, that's not really a thing, but i want to control my urge to plant "anything at any time" (just about). tfs
@@billsmith2593 do you know what variety it is or anything? I just want to find a similar small variety to grow but I’ve yet to find something like them

@@Willowcreek_021 it’s like books. Buying them and reading them are two separate hobbies 😅

@@HealyMeans oh I love that idea! And I feel the trying to control the urge to plant 😂 I struggle with this also!
Lunchbox peppers are just a trademarked name. That's why you can't find them anywhere.

@Willowcreek_021 They're just "mini bell pepper" 🙂
@ oh wow! Good to know! I’ll have to try and get some more of the mini bells from MI gardener then! Thank you for the info!!
