I think it was a really good collab and probably brought a bit more exposure to the metal scene. Bmth might not be as heavy as they once were but this kind of song is what brings new people into it. Would be nice if collabs like this happen a bit more often
That’s funny I consider BMTH a HUGE band and they still consider themselves below Ed Sheeran. I suppose I’m out of touch, I’ve been listening to BMTH for about 15 years now 😂
In rock-metal scene they are huge probably one of the biggest bands at the moment but not for the rest of the industry, ed sheeran numbers are reaaally bigger than bring me numbers
him saying they play in front of like 10,000 person crowds was what clued me in to the difference between them as artists. Ed’s last tour was the highest grossing of all time for any artist. He sold almost 9 million tickets and grossed 3/4 of a *billion* dollars. his biggest crowd was something like 110,000. it’s just mind-boggling how big he is. i’m seeing him in july in a stadium that holds 70,000 😳
@@gamerbabyy I'm pretty sure he's much bigger in the UK/Europe in general than in the US but he's still huge in the states too. He is probably the biggest artist in the UK period though
Seen BMTH and ed live. And Ed's concert was on a different scale. But ot honestly didn't feel like it, ed is no doubt amazing live, but a BMTH concert is absolutely a different thing. So much more energy and fans were way mire invested and seemed like they were having way more fun. Can't beat a proper rock/metal concert. I saw Michael Jackson in his prime. And BMTH tops that, and i never thought it could be topped. Seeing BMTH again im January with bad omens joining them, ad WOW im excited. Going with a froend whis never been to a full on rock gig before. Man shes guna flip 😅
It's so weird seeing them not thinking they are that big. I mean, It's probably true, I guess? But like, I feel like they are the most popular band in the world at the moment.
For their genre absolutely. I'm super happy for them. metal is still not that accepted bit this kinda thing really helps, and BMTH's collabs really help😊 LOVE this band
Now it all makes sence... maybe just maybe the reason why jordan and BMTH separated is because jordan checked him self Into rehab... Jordan .. it's pretty obvious that jordan is geeking on something in this video..
I've never disliked any Bring Me The Horizon song until this year and last die4u flop lost flop amen good but everything since post human besides amen was garbage and when they played with Ed sheran I list alot of my care for their band that honestly made me not listen to them for months and that's a first I'm a die hard bmth fan I used to love asking alexandria but after the black omg I can't stand to listen to them anymore really hope that doesn't happen with BMTH
They’re not repetitive tho that’s what they’re going for. Staying fresh, staying relevant and being creative. They’re not an exclusive metal/metalcore/deathcore whatever you wanna call it band anymore and they make that known

everytime he says the "da dun da dun da" riff i know hes talking about Shadow Moses lmfao

“heavy as they once were”
They literally wrote Dear Diary,, Obey, and Kingslayer.
I'm still wondering what the Ed Sheeran Dani Filth collab is gonna be like lol
now bmth with lil uzi vert, i'm still waiting for a falling in reverse ft post malone song
@freshdindumuffins9111 Ehhh Dear Diary is 100% just as heavy as those others. Obey is That's the Spirit era, and yeah Kingslayer is just new stuff
@freshdindumuffins9111 Dear Diary have a Count Your Blessings vibe, tf are you baffling about?
Very very interesting to hear about this colab. I am a HUGE fan of this version and live performance. They all absolutely nailed it 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Eds next collab is with cradle of filth thats fire

@@Scorpionmatero98for real lol, like the band will still have to go through a plethora of other artists just to surpass Ed's numbers

I hope for another collab bad habits was great
I got into bring and metal in general thanks to that collab with ed sheeran so gg
ED is a Icon and sing all Genre, and love Music
Jordan looks like he had some weird filter going on during this whole interview. Almost like an AI generated version of himself lol.
Probably it`s weird camera

When’s the new album?
Never
If I had to guess, the next Post-Human EP will be out late this year or in Q1 of 2024, if they're doing the same roll out as Survival Horror.
Tomorrow
@@nickdotjpg surprise new song might say otherwise

THIS. IS. SANDPIT-TURTLE.
„If we fuck this up […]“ you fucking KILLED IT.
They turned a lifeless 3/10 song into a proper tune, song is still repetitive as hell but sounds much better with bmth
Fr
Of course because pop isn’t ’real’ music. This is why no one likes hipsters
Sound like a generic rock song tbh. If you scroll around the new rock songs you’ll know what I mean.😂

wish you would have asked if they plan on doing more stuff with Ed in future?
Why's he have a Snapchat filter on the entire interview?
The guy on the left looks like AI. Especially on the thumbnail.
I didn‘t know Oli lives in Brazil? :)
His wife [Alissic] is brazilian ;D
And he is also brazilian now
@@irvTr0n com direito a CPF!
He took all the "Come to Brazil" comments on UA-cam very literally
Of course. That's why there's so many fucking Portuguese comments in every BMTH video.
