Really glad for this video. With so many guys making less and less videos, I understand that this type of video is soon to be a thing of the past. Thanks Jimmy for so much content over the years. When I discovered UA-cam years ago, you were one of the first guys that popped up. So glad you decided to share your talent with us all these years. Great job once again, man.
Got my first Grex 23ga 2" nailer, festool track saw and ct33 dust extractor, and Fein multi master in 2005. Serious game changer as a finish carpentry!! Love your videos you're so talented!!!
Awesome build, exactly my style of furniture, I have a 100 year old one. Over 11 feet long, 9 drawers by 3 drawers high, I store so much stuff in it. Impossible to handle, it had to go in to my house through the window. Looking very good, love the design!
Compliments to David! It is cool to hear you praising him and his crew. ( You'll need to keep dreaming up future projects to get them to come back every so often )
It really looks beautiful, Jimmy. You can never have too much storage space! Good to have David and crew around for the heavy lifting. I didn't realize that you were going to use it to keep people from falling down the stairwell. That's a great idea!
The most pleasing aspect is how simple it is, it does its job but its sharp and clean enough to fit every where visually. Love seeing you work, sir. Its relaxing as hell but i also feel like im always learning something.
One of my favorite videos of yours is when you made a similar chest back in the city shop. This was a total pleasure to watch as well. Loved the different approaches from different times. So cool to see how far you’ve come inspiring so many of us along the way
Yes definitely right, my Makita Track Saw was also a game changer. You get cleaner cuts when your not wrestling an 8x4 through a machine. Moving a light controlled saw is so much better and cleaner. Great video and nice furniture.
I watch Pedulla Studio and am marveled by the precision and art. I watch you and am inspired by the not overthinking and getting it done. In the end I am perpetually torn between the two styles. Awesome work Jimmy.
This video is like always the others you've made already : A W E S O M E ! ! ! And I don't know why but this one in particular sent me back to your videos when you was in this little workshop in your cave, NYC!!! Thanks for sharing Jimmy!!!
Ha! Just this morning, I planned a new shelf unit for my shop in my head, but it's nothing like this beautiful! I don't have the tools, nor the skills, to do this kind of work, so thanks for taking me along on the journey.
This reminds me of the Diresta Tool Drawer video you made 8 years ago, which is one of my all time favorite videos of yours! Great work as always, please don't ever stop making this style of video!
The smell of wood has got to be the best smell in the world. I love to smell of dirt/soil/sod, basement/cellar, attic, mold, lumber, old dirty shed, wood shop, mechanics shop ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Stunning piece, Jimmy! Fantastic work!!! 😃 If you ever have any issues with the drawers, just use a candle and a heat gun. Wax them all over. 😊 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
9/22/24..yur 48 drawer cabinet👍✅️ I have said many times you have the best step-by-step video presentations by your use of voice over & FF (high speed) camera setting..oh yes..your studio lighting & very well equipped shop/tools/C-n-C (bunch of super tools, band saws etc) ..all housed in beautiful post-n-beam wood framing! Always a pleasure to watch & learn from your channel! Stay safe & carry on! Oh, love yur creative ForkLift gizmo on yur BackHoe Bucket!💪👍🍺👨🔧
Was it a conscious decision now to wax the drawers for a smoother slide? I love that you take time and thought into the storage for your workspaces. It not only looks aesthetically pleasing, but it makes it look and feel like it would be a more comfortable place to work in. The leather studio feels like the kind of place I would not want to leave. It, in itself, would inspire me to do the best work possible !
I remember visiting you maybe 10-12 years ago in your basement dungeon. So cool to see wood from that shop make it all the way to here. Working on a welding table in a massive barn shop. Awesome little build, makes me want to get a bigger cnc table .
Awesome build. Love watching your builds. Was on the fence about getting a cnc until seeing this build.Belong to a cnc group learning computer part i am 72 years old and still learning. thanks for sharing. I think you just sold a lot of welding tables
The upper floor of the barn looks spectacular already. It is a generational thing now with all the hand, custom built and all this attention to details and personal touch. Not to mention the amount of money.
Hey Jimmy great share my friend! I really enjoyed watching the process you did to create this piece of amazing furniture. Just a suggestion as it may never pertain again. A steel skids attachment with a cherry picker hoist would work for your ramp and give you more adjustability. Just an idea to maybe help in the future. Have a great week!
Great to see your full size ShopBot CNC in action again! If you'd like any tips for securing material so you don't have anything move on ya, you know who to call! Really great project. We enjoyed following along. Keep rockin'
Nice and simple job mate. I love working with plywood. Some customers of mine asked something similar but for exterior usage, with stainless steel legs and handles, coated with uv and water resistant 2 component polyurethane clear coat. They thought that price would be IKEA related. Told them 3500€ and they left my workshop immediately, they didn't say even goodbye or something 😂 fools, when you need quality, you should pay for it.
Damn Jimmy, that this is absolutely stunning. Ill be honest, i dont think of you as a fine furniture crafter, more of either practical or creative manufacturing. But this cabinet is heirloom or museum quality furniture. And i haven't seen the barn since rhe last video, but it looks so pristine and stunningly gorgeous. What a wonderful place to make things. I am supremely envious of the quality workspace you've built for yourself.
"liked the hand with jewelry on it! LOL! Some nice tips such as using adhesive which is tacky and slow setting! The drawer pulls are spot on! Due to the basic form 2D to 3D not a problem for you. LOL! Also good planning! Nicely done.
Your a man of many talents. You can't beat the beauty of natural wood. After watching most of your videos for the last several years I've notice with all of the beautiful equipment you have, you don't have any dust collection/extractors in your shops other than your lungs?
Remember when plywood was 50 a sheet during covid I felt bad for home builders I think the sanded was actually cheaper than the roofing ply.... Anyway, I love that CNC machine and that welding table what a great idea to make the job easier. I'm surprised I don't see any kind of vacuum system in your shop for the saw dust. Don't cut your life short wear a mask who knows what breathing all that dust in will do to you. Doesn't your jaw hurt after having that pencil in your mouth at the end of the day I know mine does Great work amazing job
Those prices are INSANE. Would expect to pay that for the whole rain forest. So glad I bought lots of ply years ago and kept in my shed. Yeah it's been in my way but I got it when prices were reasonable about 10 years ago. Wood and steel are crazy now. It's like they don't want anyone making anything. Really nice work by the way. You're so neat and professional. That final install looks beautiful. I need shelves for my other new shed I just put up for garden tools, and if you don't spend hundreds the standard of rubbish you get is bad.... 3mm MDF that isn't even treated and goes mouldy with humidity from all the reviews. And they claim it can hold 360kg per shelf. Yeah right. And the price keeps going up every day despite bad reviews.

Thank you! 🙏🏼 ❤
@@jimmydiresta❤your awesome brother.
You inspired me to start carpentry@@jimmydiresta
To say this man is an artisan is the biggest understatement of this century.
🙏🏼 thank you!
Artisan how? He programmed a machine and turned on a switch.
@@SpicyTexan64do you have any idea how difficult this is ?
Calm down 😂
If it has the approval of the building inspector then it's fine by me. I love these videos, informative and easy to watch. Thank you.
This leather workshop is going to be breath taking! Beautiful work as always.
Got my first Grex 23ga 2" nailer, festool track saw and ct33 dust extractor, and Fein multi master in 2005. Serious game changer as a finish carpentry!! Love your videos you're so talented!!!
That's a domino sir😂
Bring back the Netflix show. Making Fun. Was so much fun watching with my son. Lovd it!
If someone is willing to pay for the production then they’ve all expressed interest in it.
Awesome build, exactly my style of furniture, I have a 100 year old one.
Over 11 feet long, 9 drawers by 3 drawers high, I store so much stuff in it.

Agreed. And the location is perfect.
Perfect video drop to keep me going as I’m working in the shop all night tonight. Thank you sir.
He is the creator I respect the most,
who makes very useful furniture beautifully and skillfully.😊
The most pleasing aspect is how simple it is, it does its job but its sharp and clean enough to fit every where visually. Love seeing you work, sir. Its relaxing as hell but i also feel like im always learning something.

Probably the nicest piece of shop furniture I've seen built on UA-cam or anywhere
It's nice alright, but have you seen Ramon Valdez?
you are watching the wrong channels then....
Definitely picked the right day to move this huge cabinet when there was a large work crew on-site! I'm glad they were there to help you.
You’ve changed….. for the better. Keep up the AMAZING work Jimmy. I’m always impressed with your “go with the flow”-edness
Yes definitely right, my Makita Track Saw was also a game changer. You get cleaner cuts when your not wrestling an 8x4 through a machine. Moving a light controlled saw is so much better and cleaner. Great video and nice furniture.
For sure! I built mine into a 5x9ft assembly table with stop blocks for repeatable batch work. It's a dream for sheet goods and cross cuts!
I watch Pedulla Studio and am marveled by the precision and art. I watch you and am inspired by the not overthinking and getting it done. In the end I am perpetually torn between the two styles. Awesome work Jimmy.
Many hands indeed. Love that David and Pat and the crew are always willing to help you out.

So enjoyable to watch you create, everything you do has a story. Thanks for bringing us along 😊
Great solution for storage! This is the perfect project for the CNC. The new barn workshop is looking amazing!
That’s beautiful. Those pulls are dope! They look like the ones you would see in a library! Love it and love watching your videos!

Very cool drawers. The tab and slot/box joints are super clever for quickish construction. It sure frickin beats dovetailing all those suckers.
This reminds me of the Diresta Tool Drawer video you made 8 years ago, which is one of my all time favorite videos of yours! Great work as always, please don't ever stop making this style of video!
Another awesome video. I always appreciate how articulate you are in describing concepts. Beautiful cabinet !
Beautiful work.
I appreciate your efforts in filming, editing, narrating, and sharing.
Thank you again.
The smell of wood has got to be the best smell in the world. I love to smell of dirt/soil/sod, basement/cellar, attic, mold, lumber, old dirty shed, wood shop, mechanics shop ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Some woods smell great, like rosewood.
I absolutely love this project; the pragmatics of your artistry leaves me awestruck.
You make everything look so easy. Mark of a true (experienced) expert.
Jimmy, that was totally awesome! A bit of a nod to Spike there at the end. 10/10.
I love this kind of vidéo like the good Old days. Thanks
Yeah I remember the basement shop in NY.
Came here to say this.. it’s therapeutic

Fantastic! I love the energy, the skill, the knowledge and the love of wood . . . and everything! Totally inspiring. thank you for sharing!
Absolutely beautiful cabinet, and shop. Bet the room smells amazing from all the wood.
I absolutely love how this came out, and how it looks in place! Beautiful build, Jimmy!
That look fantastic! Your whole barn as well.
Love your final inspector 🙂
That turned out beautifully. Love the contrast of the different woods. Great job, as usual, Jim!
Perfect solution for both the storage and blocking the stairwell. Bravo!
Really enjoyed seeing this come along on Patreon. The final product came out amazing!
First time seeing this-sir you are a true craftsman! Very impressed by your attention to detail!
Thank you!
That sanding with a board and weight on it is truly amazing! 😂
Incredible work, the result is amazing.
Incredible project, and your craftsmanship is awe-inspiring. One hell of a workbench as well!
What a stunning build, Jimmy! We can't wait to see this shop done!
What a beautiful and functional piece that is Jimmy! First class as usual! 👍👍🔨🔨

I was looking for the same thing 😂
Me gusta el contraste de maderas, es muy elegante. Grande como siempre sr Diresta.
Good job mister Jimmy beautifully done

Great job!
But then he surfaced the oak with a sander... *sigh* edge cut surfaces look SO much better than sanded...
Awesome build. Love watching your builds. Was on the fence about getting a cnc until seeing this build.Belong to a cnc group learning computer part i am 72 years old and still learning. thanks for sharing. I think you just sold a lot of welding tables
Get it!! It an incredible way to make stuff
Love all your videos especially the joinery ones 👏👏👏👏can’t believe you haven’t got a surface sander I thought you had everything 😊
The upper floor of the barn looks spectacular already. It is a generational thing now with all the hand, custom built and all this attention to details and personal touch. Not to mention the amount of money.
Great video! Love the build, a big fan of white oak. Looks awesome.
When you said paint, my heart stopped:)

Wow absolutely amazing work it looks amazing great job. And I love how you’ve been getting all this stuff up there with the tractor
Beautiful set of drawers! You da' man, Jimmy.
Epic job Jimmy. Looks very professional and the contrast in the wood and hardware is eye catching. Great video great job.

I screw the material down
Thank you! 🙏🏼
Man, that is nice! Looks like the old card catalog in the library when I was a child. Oh, and I love the make-shift fork-lift.
Amazing work as usual jimmy. That workspace looks great enough to live in haha 😊
Love seeing your process for building. It came out great!
"Many hands make light work"...I love it!
Great film. Fantastic looking cabinet. Incredible you built it so fast. Mahalo for sharing. : )
What an amazing project! Masterful use of CNC uniformity! Love the barn Jimmy!
I love how it looks like something you'd find in a 100 year old library or office

Been following on your Patreon, the final work is amazing. Can't wait to see it in person.
Jimmy, love the joining idea on the drawers! I think I’ll use that on my next drawer build. What a great idea for small parts.
Your a man of many talents. You can't beat the beauty of natural wood. After watching most of your videos for the last several years I've notice with all of the beautiful equipment you have, you don't have any dust collection/extractors in your shops other than your lungs?
The planar had a dust collection hose on it.
That is one nice piece of furniture. Love the finish. Oh, and by the way, I’m only here for the cat. 🐈⬛ 😊
A+ brother! Well done.
Mother of drawer it looks amazing love your work Mr Diresta
Another Awesome Build. Jimmy, you're the Best!

Great one Jimmy! You made the Gleam make your drawers look amazing !!

It's beautiful, Jimmy! ❤
Beautiful!! The leaf blower to clean out the carcass had me 💀 lol 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
