Ill replace cheese with chicken breast in tandoor style , cother with egg omelet . Veges where bell pepper fried in ginger ,garlic and soya sauce and green chili sauce mix with pepper and onions raw .

just a suggestion to avoid open ends and spillage issue, 1st fold 1st and 4th quarter on 2nd and 3rd resp...then fold them...
