Me too. I grew up watching him on TV when I didn’t even remember what a TV show was, or what the show was about, but I do remember Bruce making me feel comfortable. Bruce had a warm aura. I imagine he had a very happy life that’s all that really matters.

His grandfather went to America with his new wife and abandoned her and their children in Atlanta. Bruce met his cousins in Atlanta. Grandfather died penniless in New York City and is buried there. He also designed gardens in Atlanta and NYC.
My Family on my Mother's side is Forsythe. With an e. And I am sure it is the same family. Well known for large families. My Grandmother had 13 and my Mother had 7. Myself only 3. Funny enough, my Great Grandmother was Annie Johnson. Granddad Forsythe, Samuel was a gardener. They were in County Tyrone, N. Ireland.
I also had a secret bigamist great-grandfather. Though, he had 2 wives he never divorced before he "married" my great-grandmother. Is trigamist a word?
The Forsythia plant was named after Bruce’s gardener ancestor.
I did my FH and found that Bruce and I shared a common ancestor as well. I was born in Stoke-Newington. Small world.

Due to the bigamy which was a massive scandal back then, he had no tombstone but thanks to Brucie's families, he does now.
