change the glow plugs, and the battery is the light is looking like it's going to die . hit the power position 2 times before starting the engine
@@costynyka in -2 its not needed, if you have good working glows you can start in -14 with no problems. Battery too ofc
So I would say your glow plugs are broken ... you can't hear a few cylinders running right away.
