Hey if I remember correctly surges don’t buff abilities. You can test if you want but I’m pretty sure everyone believes abilities aren’t buffed by surges just weapons.
@@banditdawgs I do not and don't know if anyone has this specific combo. But take any Severance + Strand build and slightly modify it to fit your weapons should work fine.
@@banditdawgs I also prefer the old Stronghold in the current sandbox. The "blocking to get stacks for Restoration x2" mechanic is a little too passive and is worse if you can manage to stay alive for some time in the open.

Without surges or shieldcrush, grapple melee does like 350k per melee with no tractor debuff.

They made it so you lose the grapple melee window if you shoot before doing the melee itself.
