Twice is a really deep character that he usually looks. To begin his ideology is right, a crazy person looks for more crazy people to feel normal and accepted.
He's the most sympathetic villain character in the show, and understandably why he's a villain, I feel like it's a case of him being a villain simply because he doesn't belong anywhere else, he would have a hard time fitting into regular society, and it would be hard for him to be a hero with his quirk, and mindset, heroes are supposed to be, well, heroic, and charismatic, but considering he can't control his thoughts, and just blurts out things, instead of comforting people during a villain attack, and putting people at ease, he would probably just make them more unsettled, and the fact that people like putting a face to their heroes, but he would always have to wear a mask, he wouldn't be a very popular hero.
Twice isn't a bad person. He wants somewhere he could be accepted. Where he belonged and that he won't feel alone. Sadly in reality, someone like him wasn't easily accepted since people would think he's weird or crazy. And he's being welcomed by LoV because he's like an asset for them.
I know people love him to death but he's not a good person. A good person wouldn't be ok with the deaths of thousands of innocent people, just because he wants to be accepted by his friends. It's like joining the Nazis, just because they were nice to you. "Killing jews? Starting a war? Well, it can't be helped, i needed friends..."
THIS episode in particular is especially amazing to watch in English/dubbed. The voice actor for Twice is fine in this version, but in English it sounds like they hired a best-actor Oscar-winner to play the part. The last time I re-watched I would often switch between subtitled and dubbed specifically when Twice was on screen. But for the subtitled version I feel the same way about Tomura so any scenes with them together is a difficult decision for which version to watch.
@@aurghobhattacharjee No. A spoiler is when you reveal an important plot point or information that ruins it for someone who hasn't seen it yet. Like "Jarjar kills Snape". All I did was make an incredibly broad, vague and non-specific comment that things get more serious from here which reveals basically nothing by design.
@@gyver8448 That still spoils the excitement tho. So it is still spoilers in a sense, like "hey, something is about to go down soon." Better just leave them unprepared for it and not spoil the excitement cause telling someone that would just make them expect things. Just an opinion :)
@@qinn5503 No. It's not spoilers in any sense. If anything, having some vague indication that things are about to get interesting is only going to increase the excitement, not spoil it. I think people are just being a nit picky for the sake of it.
This is from three months ago, but you were wrong. Any hinting of any sense, giving them any indication of how they may feel in the future is spoiling. Keep it to yourself.
Getting a bit of insight into Twice's backstory was nice. He has a really powerful quirk, since we've seen him use Dabi's quirk during the Forest Camp arc. So his copies can use the quirk of other people. If he got over his trauma in duplicating himself, and got All For One's measurements or something, he could make an entire army of All For Ones. Which is a really scary thought. Also, Dabi is a menace.
There's a really frustrating thing in this episode. That song that played when the Big Three showed up is called "Katsuki and Izuku", and it was meant for the fight in the previous episode. It's this really cool mix of their themes "battling" each other, that eventually becomes All Might's Theme. It's really minor but it speaks to some weird directional choices that get more obvious in the next 2 seasons.
Finally one of the big three appeared and by far an excellent character who will be relevant in season four and who I thought was AllMight's son. MIRIO!!!
They are probably far ahead of this point BUT This is the arc when the "is deku worth of one for all?" And did all might choose the right successor? Take the main stage Through this arc i want to highlight that mirio togata is a "Young all might" with the same type of heroism Someone who works alone and bring ease to the victims he saves While deku (with his new fighting Style) is becoming less and less a all might wannabe As he doesn't try to hold the world in his shoulders and relies on others (most clearly in the climax of the overhaul arc) So the question boils down to Does society needs a symbol like all might again Or does deku has something new to offer to change the status quo?
There are three student confirmed to not be from Japan. Pony is from the US and one other student from class B named Rin is from China while in class A Aoyama is French
Aside from Decay, All for One, and One for All, and a future character, Overhaul is up there with one of the most broken quirks. You'll find out soon enough what it is. And let me just say, the principal wasn't referring to Deku when he said "potential candidates". Or at least, he wasn't the first option. And just to mention, Mirio is easily one of, if not the best characters in my hero. I like him even over Deku. As an adult, I find it unusual to say this, but he is actually my hero and role model. Yes, a fictional character.
Decay isn’t that strong of a quirk. Not compared to Todoroki, Bakugo, AFO and OFA and overhaul. Not now anyways (Also they’re already almost done with the fourth season on patreon and twitch. So they know i overhaul is op)
@@itsproof2 Yeah, I get that. I honestly don't like how hard they support the whole Patreon exclusive thing. That's honestly not user friendly to their huge UA-cam fanbase. They're already so far ahead and dripfeed the reactions like Nintendo does their online service. But anywho, I was just being a good sport with how they were releasing them. And also, if you have read the manga and war arc, you know how dangerous decay is, as well as with Star herself. And Shiggy can't even use it without decaying his own body. He needs *** to help him from destroying his own body.

Interdimentional Tin Tin: SLIPS INTO EXISTENCE
tIn TiN
@unspeakable Flame 2 that too🤣
Interdimensional with an S.
Ikr? He looks more like TinTin before anyone else
If only the og creator of Tintin love Japan at the beginning, his comic would have an anime version from Japanese. But Mirio was close one tho 🤣

The kind of person that ends up in a cult IRL
Pony is one of the few non-Japanese characters in MHA, alongside Aoyama. She is American, while Aoyama is French.
Japanese-american i guess
Also the Scale guy from class B
He's Chinese
The true number one hero Lemillion is here.
Please enjoy his stay.

14:07 The anime presents you the new protagonist from here to almost the end of the fourth season. Togata Mirio.
Pony is an American Exchange student, which is why her speech is a mixture of english and Japanese......
"That tells me they're willing to do something twisted next season."
That's called foreshadowing.

absolutely agree, didn't think anyone else picked up on this
Damn, what Houndog said was really deep
No body ever comments that when the Principal starts talking about proper fur care they show Mashirao starts checking his tail.
Can’t wait for the next episode. Tamaki is a favourite of mine

You will get more endeavour scenes in s5
I call Twice Villain Reiner because.. he can split.. haha.. and he kinda looks like him, ngl

They're pretty much the dollar tree actual big three naruto bleach and one piece
I'd say he looks more like TinTin after he has hit the gym.
And HE appears... the best hero in my opinion...

You should definitely try watching at least a handful of episodes in English, the dub's great as well (if you're curious about dub voices like Nedzu)
