I do have much sympathy for Judge Frank Caprio when it comes to his compasion and understanding for, and balancing of the personal circumstances of the defendants presented to him. However, and appealing to his intellect, wisdom and age, I would expect him to be more realistic with regards to his proclaimed greatness of the US. There are, objectively spoken, better countries to live in.
What a God send Judge Caprio is, he has a beautiful heart & soul. On the second case I about fell out of my chair when Judge Caprio said a she was going 1 mile over the limit. I can't wrap my head around being ticketed for 1 mile over the speed limit. Wow, just wow.
