1 tablespoon orange zest set aside
1 cup orange juice set aside
3 eggs and 125 gm sugar.. beat for 3to 4 minutes
Orange or vanilla essence 1 tea spoon
Add zest
Orange food color 1 teaspoon
Mix with beater
Add Maida 125 grams
1 teaspoon baking powder
Fold lightly with spatula
1/4 cup orange juice
Melted butter 50 grams
Bake in preheated oven 180 c for 25 to 30 minutes
Make syrup
1/2 cup water
3/4 orange juice
Orange drinking powder important
4 tablespoon sugar
