Having problems with my discovery 04 td5 changed the injector seals because it was blowing crap out in the morning changed the injecter loom its holding water level oil level ok had a sniff test ok no creamy sludge still miss firing any suggestions please thanx
I had similar on my defender and needed to soak and clean the tips to stop them dripping. The only other thing I can think of is valve stem oil seals as the smoke has a blue tint which suggests oil burning 🔥 🤔
I am doing this job now steering box is loose can move it up down left right but that water pipe is stopping it from coming off the rail! Ive removed them nuts on the water pipe but i cannot get the piping to shift what am i doing wrong?
Hey mate gonna do the same job myself. What difficulty did you have removing the battery tray? My car has no rust so if it was just a rusted bolt chances are mine isn’t rusted. If there’s no rusty bolts is the tray removable?
Just finished this job after watching this video. Disconnecting the track rod after loosening it was a pain for me. Mine was very corroded
Where are you based? The scrap van going round screaming in the background at 2:28 comes past my place all the time😂helpful video
The vid was I'm darlo. We are now in bilston

What colour is the smoke and how long does it smoke?
@@wardysworx white blue for about 4 or 5 seconds
Could be an injector leaking over night. Build up sits then is burnt off on start up. Did you soak all the injector tips when doing seals?
@@wardysworx no just cleaned them off
