+Norm Macdonald NK has _agreed_ to denuclearize many times. They found an excuse to back out of every single agreement, except for the one they got caught violating. No one wants violence. Everyone wants an equitable solution but taking NK's word for anything to do with denuclearization is insane. They have to be monitored, which is exactly why they scrapped all of the other agreements. If we give them _anything_ prior to obtaining proof of compliance, then Trump either got suckered or bought.
