I’ve been married for 48 years and have never mastered Yorkshire puddings! I now cannot wait to try these!! Thankyou. Also ferns grow like weeds in my garden! I assume they must spread. I’m always digging some out! Maybe because I live in Scotland and it much more damp 🤷🏻♀️

Thank you for sharing! My grandma used to make them for me . Sadly I never found out how to make Yorkshire pudding before she passed! What memories you have given me! Thank you!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! After years of failed attempts we made amazing Yorkshire puddings tonight thanks to your tutorial. My daughter and I will always think of you when we make them. Huge hugs❤️
Isn’t it amazing how it just works! Only once did I have a failure and I think that’s was because I used oat milk, I can’t think why else they went wrong.
Oh, thank you for this excellent tutorial. I'm not much of a cook, but I think I would tackle these. My son in-law usually makes them for special family dinners, but I think he would love the help. 😊
In the States, I use canola oil for my Yorkshire puddings because I never have enough drippings and that works well to... also use Canola oil when I am making Toad in a hole and don’t have any dripping! Thanks for sharing! Yorkshire puddings are one of my favorites !
I always fail at toad in the hole, so im going to give this ago possibly tomorrow, (bank holiday ill have a bit of time) & hopefully make my youngest daughters day! Thank you do much for sharing your recipe Gayna, i really appreciate it ❤❤
My Yorkshire’s are The Bomb since I started doing them like yours 😁 I use bacon drippings though & just look at Bunny being so cute sitting by your side! 🐾
Lovely thanks Gayna. I’m just watching your current vlog (Vlogtober 2020) where you are making these Yorkshire puddings and I skipped over here to reacquaint myself with the recipe. I’ve just realised you are the same age as my daughter although I may have mentioned that already...memory...but there you are, you and Donna are the same age. She LOVES Yorkshire puddings, all because I gave them a go many years ago in New Zealand when she was so very young and we laugh about how she tried to explain them to me as she requested I make more - “you know Mum, those funny shaped things that taste so yummy”. Lots of love Gayna, I do love watching your channel so much 💖🇦🇺💖🇦🇺
Oh I love that! “Funny shapes things that taste so yummy”. That’s sweet. My boys go mad for Yorkshire puddings, they’d eat them all day long with gravy.
Thank you for this video. I was going to ask for the recipe again as it’s been lost in amongst your vlogs somewhere ☺️. It’s definitely roast dinner season now.
Thank you so much Gayna! I've always wanted to try these. I have 2 questions, should my muffin tin be non stick like yours and you said that maybe yours didn't turn out as tall because you used whole milk so what do you normally use?
Jen Kershner I always use non stick so I’m not sure about anything else. I usually use semi skimmed milk. I hope you try this method out and that it works well for you 🥰😍🤩
looks awesome and delicious. i will try them after i buy some clarified butter. question: what flour and milk do you recommend? thank you for sharing. you're so lovely to take the time to demo this.
Arlene Davis ooops, I should have been specific, I’ll amend that in the description box. I use plain flour, self-raising flour is a disaster. You can use any oil you fancy. X
Tales from Cuckoo Land I will certainly let you know, my yorkies are always vaguely risen but yours look so good! I’ve sent your vlog for these to my daughter too. Thank you for your great vlogs, you’re a natural presenter!
Mary Hutson we have them with our roast dinner with gravy but I don’t like them like that. I have mine cold with butter and jam as a dessert/pudding. You can use these as pretend profiteroles.

Do You add a filling, or do you use them as a bread?

Temperature Fahrenheit or Celsius?
melinda jackson Celsius, I’ve googled and it’s about 410 in Fahrenheit. Basically it’s a nice hot oven to start with. X
