Ingredients
150g All purpose flour
4 eggs
175 ml milk
25 ml water
Shortening / beef dripping / veg oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper - optional
To make the perfect Giant Yorkshire Puddings every time - let the batter rest in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight! This will result in the best ever Yorkshire Puddings, High, Light, Crispy with a little chew. Yorkshire Puddings freeze very well.
Now the batter is important but the tin we use is just as important. Using a tin with a little angle helps the rise of the Yorkshire keeping a decent size hollow in the middle. Using a tin with a straight side does not always guarantee a Giant Yorkshire Pudding in fact its very hit and miss - sometimes ok mostly NOT!

I've noticed you don't do flukes. I usually get my puddings from the supermarket. Not anymore. I like my chuck.
