  • An alternative to bleach based solutions, this quick wipe disinfectant can be made with items found easily at Costco and Sam’s Club. With a 99.99% effective rate and potent against corona virus (COVID-19) this handy wipe is great for the kitchen, your car or at your office to ensure clean, safe surfaces. It can be made even more potent, but if used as instructed, this one $9 bottle of disinfectant can make more than 500 gallons of cleaning solution.
If you cant find disinfecting wipes, you can buy them here:
    amzn.to/3gEgcSW - or here
    amzn.to/34JNYns - but thats cheating :).
Otherwise, you can use a disinfectant style cleaner like the one here:
    amzn.to/31EepZC

I did everything you did, except I managed to score the very last concentrated bottle of lysol. By concentrated I mean it takes 1 part Lysol to every 5 parts water. After doing the math that's equal to 13 containers, which is roughly $1 per container when you count the cost of the shop towels and disinfectant.
This may be a permanent solution honestly, even after the pandemic ends. You save so much money when compared to what they charge per container!

Thanks for actually reading! So many people don't read the specific instructions on the containers of household chemicals they buy, it is not as simple as spray some chemicals and wipe. People need to follow directions.

Well, usually ppl don't use bleach everyday unless they're working in a medical setting. So, a solution like this can be used interchangeably on varying days. Good video!

Soap blocks bleach molecules from doing their job, but I’m not sure if soap blocks the alcohol. I’d check that out, otherwise you’re doing nothing to kill germs.

I use baby wipes. Huggies Natural. I use antiseptic mouthrinse, rubbing alcohol(when I could get it) Lysol liquid disinfectant. I also take new shop rags, cut them into 4 squares and use them too. And rewash them over and over.

We found the best dispenser is a baby wipes flip lid rectangular plastic container (available at Walmart). Disinfecting wipes are available at Costco and Target from time to time. Target is In-Store only right now. The price is around $3 per 80 wipes for the generic Target brand. Our local Giant Supermarket has them for $4 but they are always in short supply.

I have done it both ways. I prefer the way he did it because you get a larger size, but the smaller sized way works too. I just prefer a larger wipe.
Also, when I cut it, the smaller ones don't go to waste. I actually save them to season my cast iron skillets. There are so many uses for these shop towels.

Use baby wipes. Super easy no mess especially if you have the plastic snap top. Use a sharpie and write disinfectant wipes on the lid. Mix 1 cup of water + 1 tablespoon disinfectant of you’re choice. Here’s the deal. All will work the whole hype of Corona being all over your counters and everything you touch is not true. I use disinfectant wipes for everything my parrot cage gets wiped daily. It’s all about convenience. Wipe and toss that’s the life for me. I have made a case worth and given them to my co-workers they’re all gonna use this and never invest in wipes again.

You said it could make hundreds of gallons... If you're using 1 oz of sanitizer to make 32 oz of solution, that would be 4 oz of sanitizer per gallon made... 128 oz in a gallon divided by 4 is 32, so it would make 32 gallons of solution. Great video though, I couldn't find the Member's Mark solution that you were using, had to get it off of eBay and paid just under forty bucks with shipping. But it's worth it to me.

In the graphic you showed the proper amount of concentrate for a quart to be .5625, but the words you spoke were "..five point six two five..." (5.625) which is way off. Then you said that shot glasses are one ounce - some are, but many are 1.5 ounces. The one in your video appears to be 1.5 ounces, so your one-quart solution is almost three times stronger than the manufacturer's recommendation.
