Sir i have hypertension 160/110. When i was at the age 17 years in (2014). Till now (2023) i am at 26 yrs old & suffering from hypertension. There is no cause find out from different test. I am taking suggestion from different doctor. But not get any solution.

I'm 50 plus years. Recently I feel that a headache means when I go to bed I feel my head revolving round and I see the light 🚨 is moving but when I check my BP, it is 150/90, Dr. didn't give me any tablet saying that I have never been before taking BP tablet and many other test were done but as per Dr. all are normal. However my uric acid level is at 6. Is it really normal or should I take a tablet for bp. Please advice.

Mam i have a confusion ..u said that due to increase in systemic vascular resistance heart rate increases and due to it the cardiac output also increases and this leads to increase in blood pressure..now my question is during hypertention the heart rate of the patient decreases but u said it increses plzz clarify it mam..its a humble request..
High blood pressure forces your heart to work harder to pump blood to the rest of your body so in hypertension you you may have arrhythmia and elevated heart rate
