Sifiso came Back to Zimbabwe from UK some Years Ago. She then ventured into Poultry Farming and she Failed the Poultry Farming Business. That Did not Stop her as She is Now One of the Top Goat Breeders in Zimbabwe
In terms of education, a research which was done say Not every child is supposed to be in school. People learn differently. If we embrace people gifts and talent and how they do learn we will stop traumatizing other students. People are unique. Many people who came up with straight As are now living poor lives than the C and D students. And some students who were once put in special classes grow up having their own intelligence. They can do what straight A students can't do. Some are bold, brave and courageous in business yet in school were U students. We are unique and we grow and learn differently. Well done Sister. Iam watching from Australia
Nope every child should be in school. You are right that each person learns differently. But throughout history societies that do not force education on children will fail. Since basic skills are not being passed. This is coming from a man who hated school or studying. I look back now and i am happy that i learnt useful skills i can use across different jobs.
@@KC-cb7ov you did not read my message correctly. I said not every child should be in school for a reason. They can be home schooled or learn alone vapiwa material kwete zvoku pedzerwa time naTeacher when they can learn alone. So you think vakaita Research vanopenga here? There are different learning styles hence some children are not supposed to be in school for they will not be successful with the learning styles done in school. Please don't read between the lines.
@@KC-cb7ov In Zimbabwe we have many people who were intelligent and genius but were not academic. That system destroyed such type of students. Not everyone is born academic. Such are innovators, artists, they don't need to waste time in class. They have their own way of learning. Mostly alone.
@@NitaZeng lady I understand you. However, this way of thoughts doesn’t build countries. You should be advocating for more children to be in school. School is not just about academics. It’s about team building. Working as a group. Meeting deadlines and time management. They do need to waste time in class. It’s very few children who will excel so much that the teachers has nothing left to teach. Listen I understand you…but I don’t agree with you. This is how you get unskilled workers in a country. If you want zim to compete on the global stage then we need our kids in school.
Kevin you are truly the gift that keeps on giving, really enjoy the candid conversations you have they are really enlightening Bulembe farm is inspiring. Your voice over narrations are on point keep up the good work
Very nice interview i enjoyed and learnt very much. I would have Loved to hear about her views on her observations of the treatment of the elderly especially when it comes to Dementia/Alzeimers in African coutries vs in Europe. Medically and also in families and community in general.
Kelvin thank you for great work man. But please focus on the topic of farming. The whole interview was about other things. I wanted to know how she started what challenges she faced how many activities she is doing and how profitable it is. Thank you for your efforts but try to ask questions on our behalf your subscribers.
The issue of perpetual management and not the owner of the farm business being the only one who knows how to run the farm but instead ensuring some people around you have learnt from you or otherwise how to run your farm so that in your absence things will still run efficiently is a piece of advice to take seriously. Thank you so much kelvin for the video
Hi kelvin, I'm your regular follower and I almost watch most of your videos, however I hardly comment on your content but today I just thought of putting a complaint as a subscriber. I think in most of your videos you dont show us more of the farm itself and the activities happening there, you spend most of the time interviewing which is good but I think you need to balance. Hope this comment won't offend you my brother. Keep up the good work you are doing.
My bro, i just want to come and meet you one day, probably end of year. Your content is moulding my passion very well. I hope you'll agree to my request 😂
Yes respect for the elderly is required for every elderly But we also get it wrong in Africa putting every elderly on a pedestal as symbols of Wisdom. We don't do critical thinking and analysis.
