Try relax the back of knife after quenching with fire tempering, I'm not sure this blade can handle an accidental drop on the concrete floor

I’m here to inform you it can handle that because it has handled that and I put it in a oven to temper it

2 suggestions for ya
1 use Dychem for layout fluid it doesnt wash off in water 2 think about getting a plasma cutting torch for rough out work( cutting)

I will probably get around to buying some dychem soon the torch on the other hand probably will be a while but thanks for your suggestions
