As a joke, when the customer drives up, have a similar boat on the pad with an okay look about it, then walk them around the corner to see the real product. Your attention to detail is awesome. Peace, Mo
Wow man ! That’s the baddest tracker I’ve seen in a long time .... You’re making me go back to my tracker ! I pimped up mine and sold it and move to a 23ft walkaround but now I’m missing my tracker so bad ☹️
Nice ADub!!!!! I have to tear mine down again. I think I'm going to attempt paint this time! Gonna be a tight build timeline and I will probably only do a time lapse this time.
I've been painting cars for 20 years. When I did my boat and trailer I contacted a local powder coating business. They sand blasted and powder coated both for $400! Easy and it's held up well.
Did you do any buoyancy force calculations or safety factors for these builds? Meaning, what’s the reduction in weight and or people from manufacturers specifications after alteration?
Absolutely Love It!!! Great job. Any recommendations for removing the rust from a trailer? Just the sanding you did with drill and hand? What type pads? I bought a used trailer and jon boat this summer and they guy used it for salt water fishing and it's got some rust I'd like to clean up since I'm using it for fresh water. You've motivated me to maybe even paint the trailer as well. Any hints or tips appreciated!
My hints and tips are pretty much in the video. Angle grinder and wire wheel. Palm sander, 60 grit. Maybe go over everything after in 180. Paint w foam roller to avoid eggshelling.
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
I have a traditional Jon boat green colored on. Would it be fine to paint over that color with the same color? Or do I need to follow the same prep steps that you did. Awesome work though!
If you want to rebuild my 15 ft aluminum bass boat for your channel let me know! It's currently stripped to the bones. I'm in Athens, GA. Talked to you on FB about fishing Sandy Creek/Bear Creek.
Great job. It’s always my favorite when a customer sees my work. I know you get that same proud feeling.
Thank you! Yes, very rewarding to have an impact like that.
Love the paint. Really sets it apart from your typical Jon boat. Very nice work overall!
The owners reaction says it all.
Thank you, thanks for watching !

Nice! Always a project to do in preparation for spring!

👊👊👊
"Awh Yeah" The sound of a satisfied fisherman
"Unbelievable "
Going to be seeing that one on the decked out jon boats page for sure!
Definitely!

That's great. I couldn't buy sand for 400 let alone sand blast and paint. But great news for you!
Either your dad owns the shop or you have a very small boat. Usually blasting alone is 4-500 on a 14-16ft boat.
Excellent workmanship
Thanks so much
That's gorgeous
Thank you!
Awesome!

Nice.
Love that color.👍👍👍👍
Looks great!
Thanks
Nice Work. I would like to know how that paint holds up. Imron Industrial has been the best coating I have found.
I need this done.
Thats some slick paint! Can't wait for the painting instructional! How much paint did you end up using? I wanna do the same with my 17ft
2 quarts paint, 2 quarts matte clear
Clean!
Awesome job man! Bad ass boat
👊👊
Killing it man.

This channel will blow up
Hope so thanks 👊
Lovely boat

Dang!
How durable is the paint ? Does it scratch easily ?
Curious what e propulsion motor you ran on it and what kinda speed did you get? Thanks
Any tips or products I need to paint my aluminum trailer? I have a 20ft bass boat on a aluminum trailer & I want to paint it black
What color is on point what's the name of the paint that was used for the blue?
getting some good view numbers man. keep it up dude.
Thanks buddy! Hope you are well!
Badazz👍👍

yeeee yeeee!!

I cant wait to have the money to be able to send you my boat. One day.
Me either cuz. I like money!
What paint did you use for the trailer?
Sick!!! 😷
Thanks!
Not worried about breathing in the aluminum?
I subscribed to your page😃👍
Where can I take a job boat to get it like this!? Or should I just do it myself?
Me. You can attempt yourself, results may vary
I have a 14 foot aluminum boat that I want to paint the same color could you please tell me the name of the blue you used and paint brand.
I also live in ga
What does something like this cost round about? I’ve got a 96 17.5 I’d love to redo the deck layout and everything to be more functional.
Do you by any chance know if this paint works on fiberglass? How is it compared to a polyurethane
It may work but I'd probably use a traditional bottom or top coat on a glass hull. Total Boat makes good stuff
Where are you located?
Outside Athens Ga
cuanto mide la embarcacion ?
What did you clean with? Are you saying "Naptha"?
yes Naphtha
If you ever change the trolling motor will there be paint under it?
No. We did not take it off for paint. Customer choice.

How many h.p. does the stickers give it?

@@AnthonyJonesBrigadeBoats Oh I was joking lol. Me and my wife just restored a 1961 14ft sea king together so I know how much work goes into it.
Wouldn’t it be easier to sand blast everything instead of sanding/grinding? I’ve never tried blasting aluminum so idk.
If you own a sandblaster and want to buy 150$ in sand. My buddy did it on his. Not my cup of tea though.
cuanto mide la baeca?
