As an spanish speaker who uses english regularly, you can tell he just translated the actual script into spanish, like if he used google translate, because the order of words in spanish is slightly different than in english

They're usually the other way around when properly translated. So yeah.
Yeah, you usually want to do a localization, not just a translation, if you want to maintain the tone and context, while presenting the idea in a new cultural frame.
I've done this for a game (Discolored) and there are more steps to follow than just dumping everything in Google Translate.
I'm an English speaker who uses Spanish regularly, and I have a theory he copied the transcript in ChatGPT.
There's a few times where Pyro does a an audio-visual gag but it appears in this guy's script. An example in this vid: When Pyro plays the Twomad "I have schizophrenia" clip and then this guy's script mentions that depictions of schizophrenia are common in video games.
Contextually, it makes no sense to say that, since they actually talking about schizophrenia and the Twomad clip was replaced with Benson. If you fed a full audio transcript to an AI with zero understanding of context, however...

Argentinian here. I swear to god, 90% of current hispanic content creation is just imitations or straight up copy and posting anglo content, and it's fucking embarassing. I remember huntleo got super popular making videos explaining the warhammer 40k lore, when the videos were literal translations of Bricky's videos. Word for word.
Then 5% is unfunny loud memes with no comedic sense. The other 5 can be pretty good, but nowadays it's just a sea of leeches. I try to stay far away from most hispanic youtubers because of this.
The part that makes me saddest is that apparently the viewers are very aware of this and just don't care
English youtubers tend to be more professional not to mention all the content free for the taking.
Consumers just want good content so is sad when most can get away with plagiarism.
tbh this. I'm argentinian too and all spanish content is kinda... trash. Once I learned english I never actually went back to watching spanish content, besides some gems like SrPelo which still, the guy makes content mostly in english and just every now and then for a quick gag he switches to spanish. There are good spanish content creators but it's sad to see that most just go the easy route.

Oh yeah there are people from other countries stealing others content and passing it off as their own and saying the original stole their video. There have been three that have been affected by it by a guy named Dayln where he stole from three minecraft Short's yt Chanel's: Gerg_, Vivialy, and camman18. All three have called him out and he stole every single little detail about their call out post and basically translated it word for word, seed for seed, song for song, and how they move their camera aswell. Of course, they have gone the copyright route and he is still copying them. It's a really big issue
You know, this actually sparked a debate in my head about the copyright laws of youtube videos. I mean they can be considered IPs right? But of course, the internet will never be able to introduce a full copyright regulation

I am from an obscure country in the middle of Europe, our national YT scene is pure cancer and I saw many channels basically taking popular English videos and localizing or re-dubbing them. I saw channel which was copy-redub-paste of Cinema Sins. Almost very single video was localized and reuploaded. Only much later of course. And it was not the only channel like that.

Being fluent in Spanish and English myself, one look at the intro is enough to say it was basically ripped from your video, minor alterations and put out with the thought that there wouldn't be an overlap in audience / viewership. There's slight changes in words but it's just synonyms, the order of certain words and phrases that mean the exact same thing
The mention of a different file format in his joke, compared to yours gives me the impression he has no real understanding of what he's reading off and figured he could just change a few things here and there and pass it off as original and transformative content

I agree with your take on it’s hard to make a vid on something someone else already has. Especially when you’re halfway through editing and you decide to watch a vid on the game your covering and they are making the same points as you it almost feels like you gotta go change you’re points lol. I like to think that if someone had just asked to do a spanish translated one or just simply done spanish translations, that Pyro probably would've been okay with it. A lot of content creator do that because of the lenguage barrier. Some english speaker guy makes a videa about a subject, then comes a spanish speaking lad and steals it, now in spanish. There is a lot of times I am like "wow" no one in the latin american community is talking about this, then two days later theres content, and when I check it out "meh, this is just the same video I watched, but now in spanish"
