That was very interesting watching how they pull the ride down and pack it away. Fantastic design and engineering work went into that machine to make it easy to transport. I've only ever watched The Octopus being pulled down back in the day and it was packed away into two trucks. The content on this channel just keeps on getting better because of the variety. It's better now because of the current regular lineup, no riff-raff. Keep it going Dave.

You're welcome Dave. Fun fairs, crazy golf and all the stuff in-between, there's always great content to watch. The channel has the potential to grow from strength to strength by including random stuff when not doing fun fairs, like maybe ten pin bowling, zip wires, ice skating, the occasional theme park although it's not your thing etc etc. Variety and surprises are the name of the game but only if you can afford the costs and don't be out of pocket (cost of living). By the way, I only subscribe to 4 channels on UA-cam and they are only the things that I enjoy and interest me.@@SlothyVlogs

Learning the trade mate that will be his ride one day 👍👍Give it a few months and he will be able to drive the HGV Tractor unit that pulls it 👍, The youngsters are taught young in the showman Trade ,Obviously not on the road but on the ground , I used to help out at Stanley Thurstons funfair when he had his Dance City Miami and little Stanley (Stanley Thurston Jnr ) used to hook up the ride after pull down and he was only 11 in his dads Foden 👍👍

Tear Downs are fun to watch after a show. This one Racks Up very nicely. Enjoyed watching.

Great to see Connor pulling down the twist top guy always came and said hi to me when i work on the twist its amazing how it all folds up on a trailer as tom has new cars they cant stack on top of the other cars like the original sizzler .Great pull down vlog

Now we know how they tear down after the last day of a carnival. When it comes to trucking, they always go in convoy so that way all of the rides gets set up and ready to go at the time of the carnival opening and ready to clear out after the last day of the carnival.
Really enjoyed watching this and thank you for sharing on what goes on behind the scenes.

Back in 1972 when I was 12 years Old me and my Pal from School would go too Paignton Green when Anderton and Rowland Fair came too town , we where given jobs too help set up the “ Jungle Ride “ in turn we would get free rides all night , Can you imagine health and safety allowing this these days 😂

Good to see how rides get loaded now one lorry compared with 2 or 3 years ago. It's got to be safer now aday not so much lifting and man handling
Fair play to these lads there like a well oiled machine it used to annoy the 💩out of me when we were pulling our machine down to see these pulling off after about an hour and half most of the times if that while we still had a good 3 hours left 😂 I miss my travelling days and Willy Wilson having a fit on people who were just stupid it was hilarious some of the gaff lads he employed

This is the exact ride i been on and i threw up on it
How come there being pulled down it sounds like the fair is still open you can hear the frogs and people are on the wheel and dodgems
What rides you been on this fair
Do you have overnighters where you tear down on Sunday and open on Tuesday 150 Miles away
These ride's take hours to pull down and physical draining on your body after
