I cannot even believe how amazing it is that ride was designed for one person setup. Obvious too that guy really knows what he is doing. Incredible.
Really good video that unbelievable work process but also the safety aspect of maintaining these rides is a job in it's self
Well done fellas. It's easy to forget just how much work goes into erecting these funfairs, how much sweat goes into putting them up and making sure everything's safe where families' can have so much fun at.
I love how everyone knows their role and just gets on with building the rides. No messing about no arguing that it's my turn to do this etc.
Dedication to a ride brilliant well done Aaron for the vlog just shows how dedicated the showman are to there rides
So interesting to see thus! All the Hydraulics 😮.
I LOVE THESE BUILD UP AND PULL DOWN VIDEOS . BOTH YOU BOYS MAKE MY DAY . THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR CHEERING ME UP ON A FREEZING COLD AFTERNOON UP HERE IN GLASGOW BONNIE SCOTLAND .
He did it single-handed? That’s incredible! I have problems assembling flatpack furniture on my own 😂
Er ist aber etwas Übereifrig bzw leicht kaotisch,da kann man leicht etwas vergessen.
It’s very interesting watching rides being built up
Absolutely fantastic to watch. Thank you for the insight. 🙂
AMAZING VIDEO ONCE AGAIN.
Brilliant Vid Mate ❤️ Absolutely Brilliant 👍👍👌
I love these building up videos! Best to play at 2x speed
As a kid nothing beat the fair turning up pukka lighting
Great job Aaron
Amazing, you don't often get to see this
Absolutely love Venom and whenever this ride is in my local area (3 or 4 times a yr 😂) I love ittt!!! Love the pull up videos too it's interesting to watch
This is actually cool I’d love to live in 1 these houses see a fair outside
I know and understand just how much work goes into setting up, erecting, testing these rides, as I used to travel, work with the showman, funfair years ago when it came up to nobles park, isle of man. I helped set up, then they taught me how to operate and work the kiddies rides, then worked the sizzler, worked controlling the ride in pay box then closing the bars down on the riders, making sure they were tightly closed, ready to ride. It's a tough job all round, once you work with the showman, they take you in as family, I remember one family I worked for, they let me stay with them in their caravan and later on I travelled around the whole UK and went to recovek capitol of Iceland.
Fantastic video thanks for sharing it with us
Very entertaining and fun to watch. Thanks for posting this.
Awesome! lovely to see the hard work that goes into building these rides up
Thanks Aaron for showing us hidden face of thrill rides. So much works before scream and fun. Once again interesting video.
Awesome video
Great vlog, boys! I find these build-up videos fascinating. When I was a little kid, our annual fair was just across a field from our house, I'd sit there for hours after dark just watching the colorful rides in motion. Later, I became interested in the mechanics of the rides. Now, that technology has come around, it's a whole new ball game. Thanks for sharing!
I work for a carnival as well great to watch other rides being set up
It sure is!
@@SlothyVlogs when I get back to the warehouse and on the road I'll take some videos of our set ups.... We have mostly all the old original rides... Look up hincheys rides and amusements from Nova Scotia Canada... Our ferris wheel set up is totally different we have to walk the spokes after we get A frame up
brilliant video loved it .
I love these street fairs where they are building up right outside someone’s house, for some residents it must be quite concerning but guess most rides are put in the same place each time so some residents are used to it, our local fair (that no longer visits) the rides were always pretty much in the same place each time they visited, great video, well done Aaron 👍🏻
Yep, a big diesel generator outside your front door, must be lovely. Also, the damage to the foundations from all the vibrations from the rides. I wouldn't want to live there.
This is brilliant lads cheers☺
great job arron mate i look forwood to the amersham vlog
Brilliant vlog mate 2 tokens
Imagine a funfair outside your house Crazy.
Nice camera work
Good to see you film the Venom build there , i really like to see these as much as the actual fair vlogs so well done Aaron great vlog from you Mush 👍
Good vlog Aaron. Interesting to see behind the scenes ❤
Awesome
Great video looks like a street sweeper has never been down there for a long time nice houses but the gulleys are full of crap.
Super 😊😊😊😊😊
Nice vlog as always mate 👍
Just watched the build up, am presuming they can also operate it from inside paybox .
I e always wondered how much weight all the seats can take?
Love it
you should visit Evesham mop fair it’s on the 5th and has some nice rides
Great video Aaron mush
Its funny watching it in 2x speed and even funnier when aarons laugh is sped up
Love it Aaron. Managed to get some footage whilst I was riding too!!’ 🎉
Awesome vlog Aaron, how about doing a build up videos of a round up and a set of frogs please
as an aging punter that is now putting their kids on rides like these, you can't but think that the ride might fall apart if the fixings at the top gave way somehow..
But it's great to see those arms can pretty much stay up there on the hydraulic system on thier own, and so are waaaay safer than you might imagine.
Venom kicks ass. It comes to Southampton old fair ground near bursledon a few times a year.
When the two towers come together at the top, they are bolted together with a torque gun which wasn’t shown on here. The hydraulics alone wouldn’t hold the two columns when the arm swings to its full height.
I wonder how long it actually took him, one person, amazing
Bet all the old folks living there will be complaining, as nothing seems to please them. I'd personally love it me, I'd be getting involved having a right good time! I'd even be offering food and drinks out to help them through
Bet this fair shuts down pretty early with all these houses around it. Id leave town for the week.
Great view from your bedroom window :D 41:45
Seriously imagine having those screams outside your house......
Fantastic video and great engineering guys. May I ask, does anybody else check all the nuts, bolts and fastenings are correct?
I would hope
Nice build op video
You coming to Nottingham fair? I’m working it?
nice work
😊😊😊
This!
easy on the transmission dude
How many times can you tighten and lose the bolts before you have to change them?
A weapon building a weapon 🤣🤣
I live in Cleveleys Lancashire. Why is that all the decent fairs are down south?😮😮😮😮😮
r u guys able to travel to NJ, AC to The Steel Pier? They have good rides!
Great video but unless i missed it how do they marry up the two arms at the top & secure it? It looked as though it made it but then changed the scene.
The two towers are aligned with the hydraulics, bolts go through to mount the top section and tower together using a torque gun. Wasn’t shown in this video
@@TarnMoore Thsnk you for that information
these guys must be rich to afford rides like these! will take a very long time to get the money back on them
Most definitely not paid over a long time
I travel and have worked with showman for years they definitely don’t outright but rides they’d be left bankrupt
Buy
It's like 3 million and you charge a lot per ride. It wouldn't take that long at all, they travel with the fair and people spend a lot of money at the fair.
Theme parks probably operate on less when you consider cost per rider equivalent to their ticket prices.
Brilliant aaron great vlog proper
Who’s venom is that ?
Can I say that this ride was manufactured in czechia? Am I right? I know these seats from one our manufacturer.
Not gonna lie, I was so relieved to see him put the rest of the bolts into the seat plates @41:00 I was beginning to think they were either held in with one nut or he'd totally forgotten!
😮
hi mason
hi
So do the houses in the street get compensation for the area being used as a fun fair...always wondered how that worked
No. There's one outside my street now. The council can do what they want with the public roads for temporary events but they have to stop at a reasonable time.
Thats a lot of light bulbs.
Work at height regardless.
Does this ride have water ballast tanks like the KMG version ?
I don't believe so
No they don't which makes them easier to set up. Apparently a further 2 or 3 have been ordered for showmen in Scotland
not many rides can be set up or tore down by just one person
VERY CLOSE TO MY HOUSE😒
They’re just doing this on the street? 🤣
How much do these rides cost to buy?
Around 3 million. Maybe a bit less since this manufacturer is less well known than, say KMG or Mondial.
@@BlueZirnitra thanks for the reply
ummm did anyone think about how much that things swings and how close it getting to the building?
Yes. They measured it. The council aren't just going to let them put it there without checking.
Do you honestly think this thing crashed into a house later this evening?
People really make me wonder sometimes.
Nice Body and Big Bulge yummi 😊
