    Great video! The septic company that I was working with wanted to charge me for a new unit. You saved me a lot of money! Also, Iron oxide is literally rust 9:35 haha. Thanks!

    Good video and instructions, just wish I had seen this last week. Just had this unit replaced by the company or at least they said it was replaced. I'll keep you guys in my phone contacts, for when this unit stops working.

    In the chamber blocks there are a couple of round discs rubber valves. If they are broken or come undone from there, will that affect the air pressure that goes to the alarm? I rebuilt one and after a couple days, the alarm started going off again. When I took it apart, the only thing I could fine was those valves were coming off the chamber blocks.
    Also, I just ordered a replacement magnet rod for my HP80. Thanks for the quick turnaround!

      Dept where you bought the kit new ones should not come off and yea they will affect airflow. If they do not have laser engraving saying hiblow they are fake.

      @@wholesalesepticsupply Yep, I figured out it was fake. I returned it for a refund and bought a hiblow engraved set. It's been working flawless now. Thanks again.

    Thank you for the video. I just ordered the rebuild kit. What will I need to do to reset the red light one I complete the rebuild? Will it reset itself?

    • @wholesalesepticsupply

      Yes it should reset itself

      Got the parts in this morning and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. The light reset and the air pump sounds great. Both diaphragms were busted. This is the third rebuild in 9 years (first time I’ve done it myself) but there was no red dust so I’m hopeful I’ll get a couple of more years out of it. I’m in Houston and the heat has been brutal this summer. Thank you again.

    I ordered the rebuild kit. Disassembled the unit while waiting for the kit.
    The safety screw on my unit was broken and fell out when I took the unit apart. Does the safety screw go through both "tangs"? Can't tell in the video how to install and if it needs adjusted..
    The cover gasket is brittle on my unit. Is the gasket important? Included in the rebuild kit?

    is there any other maintenance or oiling that needs to happen while the aerator is apart?

    • @wholesalesepticsupply
      @wholesalesepticsupply  2 роки тому +1

      No the bottom gasket sometimes need to be replaced buts it rare maybe the second rebuild it should be done.

    Hello I replaced diaphragms and unit will not turn on. The power box all the red lights are on. I wonder what I do next?

    • @wholesalesepticsupply
      @wholesalesepticsupply  3 роки тому

      You probably have a safety switch you need to move back to the on position on the top of the unit.

    Will this diaphragm fit a clearstream CS103ET6

    Is this Clearstream CS103EL different from a HiBlow? They look exactly alike. Can they take the same kits? Which one would be that same rating, the 60 or the 80?

    • @wholesalesepticsupply
      @wholesalesepticsupply  6 років тому

      Junk Yard yes they are the same and take the same kit. The reason we do these is because most people don’t know and it saves them time searching endlessly and gives them solid information they know they can trust and don’t have to guess.

      Wholesale Septic Supply my breaker kept tripping so I bought a new one, still kept tripping. So I opened it up and there was black dust every where. Watched your video and noticed that the magnet rod was broke but the safety pin was good to go. So would the broke magnet cause the breaker to trip? Also which magnet would I need, cost, and where do I order? Thanks in advance.

      Wholesale Septic Supply would the broken magnet be the cause of the breaker tripping?

    • @wholesalesepticsupply
      @wholesalesepticsupply  6 років тому +1

      Dznts i suspect there is a short or the coils are bad you should probably buy a new unit.
