Watching this video gave me some hope, 2020 was not my best year, I suffered from depression to the point where I didn’t shower for 3 months, and it got really bad to where it’s still affecting me now, I was on autopilot almost every single day (aka just waking up and laying in my bed for the rest of the day) and now I’m trying to change that. I remember for one month I didn’t attend online classes, but now I’m trying to make that better, and this video was really soothing to watch and really made me motivated, even though you were just getting ready for your brothers wedding lol I’m sorry I’m ranting
