आप तीनों Yoga Practitioners की flexibility वाकई incredible है I एक साल बाद वीडियो देख रहा हूँ, really I feel I am too late.
Gentleman I also try to do same but I face problem .
Left foot right thigh पर और बाद में right foot left thigh पर तो रख सकता हूँ लेकिन problem(extra painful streching) ankle joint and near by calf muscles में तब आती है जब पहले right foot को left thigh पर रखता हूँ और फिर उसके ऊपर से left foot को right thigh पर रखता हूँ।
Please suggest what must I do????

Ye jo ankle aur nearby calf me pain hoti he ye us ankle ki ligament me kamjori ya stiffness ki waje se he.
Achhe se warmup karne ke baad padmasana lagane se ye problem nahi hogi.
Isliye video me diye gaye preliminary practices me jyada jor de, naki direct padmasana lagane me. Ankle ki bhi rotational exercises karen.

Don't do the same asaan again and again on the same day. Your session should be a combination of full body stretches

Thank you for the guidence. My right leg is not flexible. Henceforth I will practice daily for atleast three times. Also not able to sit spinal straight for more than two minutes.

Namaskar.. Today I watch this vdo regarding padmasana. I am 64 years. My only problem is when I want to lock the second leg... always I feel cramping on thigh muscles of the second one. Otherwise I am easily do butterfly,child cradle, dandasana, markatasana etc. I am doing pactise for last five years. But I am not easy with doing padmasana.
Please try the sequence that I have given in the video.

Mai padmasan karte toh ho toh jata hai lekin Muje vaat ke prblm hai kabhi kabhi pair Mai sujan aa jate hai or sciatica pahele ho chuka hai. Toh padmsan karne ke baad parblm hote hai naso Mai. Dard hota hai. Mera digestion bhi bigda hua hai.
Padmasan karte samay apni hip bone ke niche ek dari ya phir blanket ko patla fold karke daal ke bethe. Dhyan rakhe ki ye folded blanket only aapki hip bone ke niche hi rahe. Thighs or knees ke niche na rakhe. Isse naso mai problem nahi aye gi.
Digestive problems and sciatica ke liye koi shortcut nahi he. Aap is channel me se kuch video dekh ke practice kar sakti ho. But apko regular yoga classes karne se jyada aur jaldi labh hoga. Online classes ki jaankari ke liye watsapp kare: 9036332371.

Due to Natural alignment of hip joint. You can sit with both the knees down but that puts extra pressure in backside of hip joint tilting the joint to one side.
Takhne bhi dard dete hai
Bhai maine ek dusri video dekhi thi aur usne 5 din btaya tha magar maine 4 din baad hi padmasan laga liya tha.. Thoda pan huya shuru main but its OK aur tum ho ek mahina bta rahe ho..

It seems baddhakonasana and janu sirsasana is all that one has to practice along with cradle pose. However, this is not that simple for padmasan is the result of all yogic asanas. Be careful while practising the asan.

Padmasana ki sahi niyam ye hi he bhai.
Agar kisi ke dono ghutne bhumi me he to woh padmasana galat kar raha he. Jo leg upar lock ho raha he uska ghutna hamesa bhumi se 1 inch upar rahega. Jinko sahi niyam nahi pata wo duno knees ko niche lagake bethte hai; isse hip-joint natural position se hatke ek taraf tilt ho jati he. Long time practice me iske kayi bad effects he. Kripaya padmasana ki galat abhyas na kare, asanas body ki anatomical construction ko complement karna chahiye na ki uske viparit jana chahiye.

Please read Yoga Pradipika by Pt. BKS Iyengar ji. Both the knees should never be on floor.
Clarify your doubts .... Do some research...And ask some renowned Guru..
Only one knee should be on the floor. Other knee should be a little above
