Leadership & allyship

Allyship and leadership are two important topics for me. I don’t really consider myself a leader, but I have been put in leadership positions . I take it very seriously and try to be a positive influence on the communities I serve. While I was serving the community, I had an opportunity to share with allies the experience of being trans in Fl. Its always hits different when you hear it from someone's mouth & in an intimate setting.
