With the higher overall home prices and retail stores we can't forget about the utilities. Scottsdale utilities are much higher than Phoenix with is ridiculous.
Interested in living close to Fashion Square. (around 15 minutes). What are the HOA's in McCormick Ranch? Looking to buy under $750,000. Would like to live in a 55+ community, but not a deal breaker if there isn't any close to Fashion Square. Thank you. Glad to hear Scottsdale isn't just for the wealthy. I do love that area.
There is really only 1 place that is close to Fashion Square that is considered 55+ the homes are older but the location is nice. The HOA's in McCormick Ranch vary depending on where you live within the subdivision (which is big!) Give me a call happy to answer more specific questions. Scottsdale is a great place to live!
@@shawn.shackelton Lol - Im a builder, I live and work in McCormick Ranch, you arent finding a house that isnt a tear down for $750000 - condo yes, house - no way. Here's another thing to consider - you don't want to be here if you are lower income, it's very expensive to live in Scottsdale and you will be surrounded by very wealthy people, if youre cool with that come on down...
Thank you! I don't work the Sedona area so I don't have any videos of the area. I know a few great agents there if you need help, happy to connect you with them.
Hallelujah!!! I’m bestowed with abundant blessings, reaping $60,000 weekly. This fortune not only grants me the means to fulfill my desires but also enables me to sow seeds of support for God’s work and the church. Praise be to the heavens!
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Ana Graciela Blackwelder.
