Have lived here since 2019. Its hospitable and nice, but is now from June, over 100 to 110 Degrees every day. Hotter than normal this year. i live on a small public golf course in a condo near Tatum and Shea. I love it !!!
The past few years have been very hot! Last year June was beautiful! Nice area over there, worked for a developer for a short time that built condos over there.
Thank you for all the information. I just checked the national avarage of cost of living in Los Angeles, and numbers are way up!!😱😱😱😱😱🥺, compare to Scottsdale. 😍😍😍
The elevation which is over 1000 feet can be problematic & doesn't goes well with breathing issues. Also, if you are used to of drinking spring water then you may not like the water quality in phoenix area. In fact, most water filtration plants have limited infrastructure & technology to even filter out hundreds of PFAS & PFOA chemicals.

Stone Creek? Love that course. I used to live over there too, my patio was right in front of the ladies tees on hole 16

Scottsdale is one of the best places in America to live...... except for late spring to early fall when it's over 100 degrees almost all the time 😊
LOL, yes the summer gets a bit brutal after a few months but overall it's a great place to live. Thanks for watching
Shawn, As always, you deliver information directly and with value. You are the go to resource for Scottsdale real estate.
Thank you so much 😊
Yah... and supports the channel with FAKE accounts!!
Thank you. Helpful & Informative
Thanks for watching!
I love Scottsdale. I've never seen a snake or scorpion at my home. I've seen plenty of other wildlife though.
You are lucky! I don't see them often but I have seen them and we're in North Scottsdale. I've just learned what to look for an how to be careful.
What is it like in the sun city Buckeye area?

That is a good point! I don't drink the tap water here & never have. Most people I know have an RO system for clean, fresh drinking water.
I use bottled water, but don't notice breathing issues, even when hiking.
1000 ft 😂 How fat are you? 1000 ft is nothing.
Correct your title, it is grammatically incorrect. It should be "Here are the top pros and cons."
Could you REPEAT yourself a few hundred MORE times???
