- A delicious homemade dessert without flour and gluten! This recipe makes a quick and healthy dessert, and the result will simply delight you!
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 50 g natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 25 g cocoa without added sugar
Recipe:
1. Cut the apple into bite-sized pieces.
2. Blend the apple, yogurt, egg, cocoa in a blender until smooth.
3. Grease the baking dish with butter.
4. Fill the mold with the resulting mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes
6. Leave the pie to cool slightly before serving.
Tips:
- If you don't have an apple, you can also use a banana.
- You can use cottage cheese instead of natural yogurt.
- Optionally, you can add some raw unpasteurized honey or topinambour syrup after cooking for a sweeter taste.
- This fruit dessert does not require added sugar, but if desired, you can sprinkle it with topinambour syrup or add a little natural honey for extra sweetness.
