Gluten-free dessert, apple replaces sugar and flour: healthy recipe in 5 minutes!

- You have 2 apples and we know how to use them to make a delicious homemade dessert without flour and gluten! This dessert is quick to prepare and the result will simply delight you!
We need:
- 2 small apples
- 130 g Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 30 g raisins
Recipe:
1. Prepare the apples, cut them into pieces.
2. In a blender, mix the apples, Greek yogurt, beaten eggs, cinnamon and raisins until smooth.
3. Grease the baking molds with butter.
4. Fill the molds with the mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
After baking, allow the pies to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your pies and enjoy!
Tips:
1. If you don't have apples, banana will also work well in this recipe
2. Greek yogurt can be substituted for natural yogurt or cottage cheese
3- If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some raw and unpasteurized honey or topinambour syrup after cooking.
4- This fruity dessert doesn't need any added sugar, but if you want, you can sprinkle it with topinambour syrup or add some unpasteurized honey for extra sweetness. Enjoy it!!! 🍏🥧✨
