Wow, had the 8815 technic one as a kid. Such memories! Technic is really fun, as it offered a little bit of extra on top of the building by having you interact with the set through remote control etc; making it an RC Lego. Kudos

Great lot, love the classic space pieces and the it looks like you do have the parts for the old Exxon station. I still have that one from when I was a kid. 👍

That gasp when you found that pirate torso was perfect. 😂 Nothing beats hitting a jackpot like that.

The Exxon station is fun, had that as a kid. The rocket control panel is a nice piece. None of my yellow trans has cracked, except for the single stud cylinders which all but one split at the bottom rim.

Always a fan of the classic space items. That grey antenna was killer to be in such good condition. BTW that red Futuron figure is somewhat rare. Only came in 2 sets the Cosmic Laser Launcher (6953) with a lot of trans blue pieces and a minifigure pack (6703). What a fun find.

GREAT minifig selection in that lot, loved your reaction when you found Mr. Brown vest pirate. Seeing the gray cockpit, the two trans green canopies and the 8X8 black grill plate I hope there are enough pieces for you to part together the SP2 Solar Snooper set. This brings up a question, when you get these vintage lots, I know you resell these parts on bricklink but do you keep a personal backlog of vintage parts in hopes that you will need them when a future partial vintage set shows up in a future vintage lot? For instance, let’s say you find 60% of the Solar Snooper, would you keep those parts in hopes that more parts would show up in a future lot? Or would you sell them in hopes that a 90% complete solar Snooper would show up in a future lot? I don’t sell on bricklink but I do find myself hoarding vintage parts even if I’m not parting anything together at the moment.

Also, this gave me an idea. What would you think of doing a Tiktok where you show everyone the process of completing a Bricklink order? Like from receiving an order to pulling the parts to shipping it.

I would have gasped at that torso as well! So interesting how it ended up in there. Maybe transferred from one kid's collection into another's...? Also, I never understand it when there are unopened bags in bulk lots... Why buy LEGO but not play with it?!

Judging by the parts and minifigures shown in the video you are on your way for the rebel hunter from space police II
