Thank you for all your informative videos. They are helping me prepare for my surgery in June. I am getting breast augmentation and an athletic bbl at the same time. I’d love your thoughts on this or a video on how to heal when combining the two. The whole can’t sit, but can’t lie on my chest has me nervous.
I'm thinking of getting surgery with him I respect education/knowledge! But what's wrong with treating the scars right away after surgery? What's wrong with putting silicone scar tapes or cream??
The incisions are not strong enough to tolerate massage until 3 weeks after surgery and the incisions are not closed until 48 hours after surgery so we don't want anything getting in the incisions right away. Applying silicone so early could cause a minor dehiscence of the incision so for all of those reasons I start my patient's scar care at 3 weeks postop.
I don't know. What I am concerned about is any bacteria, virus or fungus entering the body through a very small opening in an incision that hasn't totally closed yet. Think of that little opening, no matter how small, as a weakness in the protective armor of your skin and it can allow something bad to enter the body and cause harm. All bodies of water are different now as the ocean is warmer and species like Vibrio for example are being found off the coast of Florida, where I live, in greater numbers than before and in different locations and can cause serious harm. I personally would not go in the ocean, or any body of water for that matter, with any open wound no matter how small.
I don’t plan on getting any plastics surgery but I love the educational information. Thank you.
Excellent...new was told thi.

Here is a video on a BBL/BA at the same time: ua-cam.com/video/7kX88NAwRH4/v-deo.html
Thanks for the info... Does this apply to laser hair removal as well?
I want some hip injections without the anesthesia, is that possible? I’ve had the bbl but my fat has died and I definitely wouldn’t go under again. 🙏🏾
It certainly is. Personally I only operate under a general anesthetic.
Bonjour my doctor,God bless you for everything, from DRC Kinshasa
Bonjour!!
What about dental work? Should I avoid it before and after? And for how long?
We don't have any good data to really give you a scientific answer but I would suggest not having dental work two weeks before any procedure.
@@DrWilliamMiamihow about after? I’m supposed to have my dental implant placed 2 days after, should I pause and hold on that?

How much is the whole thing from day 1?
What about breast lift without augmentation. Do we need to massage the breast?
No. Just the scars starting at three weeks after surgery. ua-cam.com/video/9jGznj47xw8/v-deo.html
